| She's coming home soon!!!!! Hi everyone I just wanted to come on line while I'm at work and say hi and to let you know that my little girl will be coming home to Mom soon . I got in touch with Debbie from here and she had 1 female left. I am so excited I could jump up and down. We have been in contact with one another since Monday when we decided that it was for sure. Now I'm so excited trying to get everything ready for my new baby. My reason for posting is to not only let you know how excited I am but to ask a question. Right now Debbie is feeding her Lamb and Brown rice and I have no ideal what to feed her when she gets here. I know from experience that I should gradually do the change so I would have to slowly incorporate a good dog food into her diet but the problem witht that is I don't know what's the best for these babies. So if anyone out there could give me some suggestions I would truly appreciate it. I just want to have everything ready for her. Another thing is she is being shipped from Washington and I am truly terrified about that as well. Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated . Have a great day everyone |

| Hi, So happy to hear your baby is on her way. I don't think I would do any change to her food right from the start. You said she is being shipped, and that is going to be a little stressful for her, I'm sure she will be fine, but with a new home and a plane ride, I would hold off on the food change. There are so many really good ones out there. When you take her to the vet, I would ask them. Please let us know how she's doing when she comes home, and when you get a chance, we would love to see pictures. Good Luck!!

Thank you so much . I am like a little girl all over again. She is coming home today. Her flight arrives at 5:05 at the Oakland Airport. It soooo crazy because yesterday when I picked my son up from school (he's 9 and his birthday is on Friday) he said he wasn't feeling well. Well to make a long story short I've been up pretty much all night because I think he has that flu that's been going around and he can't keep anything down. My poor baby........So I will have one baby home sick and another baby coming home....crazy mixed emotions right now but I will keep you guys up to date and as soon as i can figure out how to take a picture I wll. Thanks for all of the support. | |
