I agree washable pads are awesome! |
We use washable too. My two usually use 2 a day. |
Is it easy to transfer from disposable to washable if they're placed in the same area? |
I can vouch for Ryan's site as i have ordered from him and will continue to do so. He is fast and much cheaper than the pet stores, even Walmart. |

I use people pads from Sam's Club. They are larger and thicker than puppy pads and I think they work much better. A box of 120 costs $24.97. They are called Underpads. I would like to try washables so will be looking to place an order. |
I LOVE the one and only washable pad the breeder sent us home with, but am having any luck finding them with a cotton top. All of our area pet stores seem to have are the pads with some sort of silky tops...which neither I, nor Chloe, like. Can anyone recommend a pad with a cotton, more absorbant, top? Tx |
All of my pads have 100% cotton tops! Check us out by clicking the link below and if you order, don't forget to save 20% by entering YTSAVE20 at checkout. |

I sell washable potty pads. We love them at my house! I can make custom sizes and fabrics. |
This may sound silly, but what do you do with them if they need to be changed. I would imagine you wouldn't wash only one, so what do you do? (I was thinking maybe some people use something like a diaper pail thingy. (Wow, it's been 22 years since I've used one of those and I have forgotten the name.;) I've never used washables, but am seriously thinking about it. |
Are these any good? I do think the ones with prints look better than the solid white, but if the performance it the same... Pooch Pads Reusable Housebreaking Pads - Training - Training & Behavior - PetSmart |
I use washables and have for 9 years now plus they go outside also. I have tried the disposable but too costly and bad for mother earth :D. I will say there is a down side to them though and that is that once a dog is trained to them most articles of clothing on the floor can be "mistaken" for potty pad once in a great while  but for the most part they work great. I purchase mine new from the nursing home I work at. |
I use a product called WizDog INDOOR DOG POTTY for: dog house training, housebreaking puppies, dog and puppy training and my Yorkies use it with no problem. My oldest goes outside and on the WizDog, I am just training my littlest but I think it will go well. There is still some cleaning, but throwing out the paper is pretty easy and it is much cheaper than pads! |
