good news I'm so happy you found her. Last year my little Heidi old who was almost 17 yrs old slipped outside when I had the other two right outside the front door. Heidi was blind, deaf and old and I never thought about her being able to get down the steps. I thought she was in her bed sleeping and when I got ready to go to bed and hour later and went to get her she was not there-she was not anywhere. I was running around crying and calling for her and my husband heard me and got up (it was 3am) to help me look for her. We live on 5 1/2 acres, it was dark, cold and we have coyotes. I was just devasted. My poor little baby made it all the way to the far back side of my property and fell in a 2 ft fence hole that the neighbors had dug. We would have never found her if she had not been barking. I was never so relieved to have her back in my arms and I kept her within eyesight from then until we lost her 3 weeks ago. She was 18 yrs old. I know you are sooo relieved. |
That such a wonderful story its so touching. I felt your pain I couldnt stop crying when i was asking around it was terrible i got hugs from atleast 3 stanger. Im just happy everythings okay and everyone thanks for your prayers |

I'm really glad you found her. As I've learned, Miami isn't the greatest place to lose a Yorkie and you were very lucky to have an honest person call you. There are so many that get picked up, or dropped off somewhere, by people that don't care and are just looking for a way to make a buck. Some just want to keep the dog and to heck with any LOST posters, as I'm believing happened to Genie's Cookie. |
