A family portrait 1 Attachment(s) My friend Paula has a 'few' kids in rescue and serves as a foster home while new forever homes are found. Not in this picture are little 4 pound Bella and her little three legged Yorkie Trixie. She probably thinks I'm weird when I get right down on the floor at Trixie's level to talk to talk to her, but when you see a little three-legged Yorkie you just....well you know. I thought this was a great picture. |

2 Attachment(s) She does have a way with dogs, they seem to know that she's in charge. Some of the dogs in that picture are part of her 'day care' business, not all rescues as I thought. Here's a birthday party, not sure who's it was, and the little folks, three legged Trixie, Bella, and I forget the name of the Cairn. She won't get mad that I posted these, my daughter is seeing to it that we'll be in-laws in the next couple years.;) |

aw...that's so wonderful!!! When my hubby and I buy a house, he has promised me that we will at least try fostering once. I've always wanted to help animals, and I just feel like I need to do it. We considered breeding, but I decided that my time and efforts were better spent rescuing animals who were already here, you know? It's just wonderful that she's able to take in so many! |
