It's getting to the point when there's nothing anyone can do to make me give up anything at gunpoint. We all work hard for what we have, and I won't give anything up involuntarily. I've drawn a mental line and won't let them cross it. I think I'd just turn away and wait for the bullet if that's what they really wanted. Sometimes you just have to stand up for what you believe in. |
That's hard to do when you are married and/or have children. |

That just breaks your heart. I feel for the family, but I feel sorrier for the little dog. Can you imagine what that little dog is going through if it is still alive? |
I live about 30 miles north of Atlanta. I saw this and cried and prayed for this family and their missing dog. The men were arrested but evidently aren't telling anyone what they did with the dog. The man was walking the dog at 1:00 am, in his apartment complex, two men approached him wanting money, he told them he didn't have any so they put the gun to his head and took the dog instead. He was afraid he would never see his wife again if he didn't co-operate with the THUGS. I have gotten to the point I hate to take my dogs outside because you never know what might happen. Fortunately we have 5 acres so I have plenty of space but still have neighbors. |
I'm a little confused. This is sooo sad! But at the end of the video they said they arrested one of the 2 suspects...so can they find out from him where the other one went with Zen? He also said they were in a car..did he see the license plate? |

I believe there is a fourth rack of Hell for people like these two criminals. I would not be surprised if both had lengthy criminal histories. It's times like these I wish you could get a couple of Marines to take these idiots to a back room and nobody leaves until they know exactly where the dog is and he is returned to his owners. I think water boarding is called for. I will smile all night thinking about that. |
Aww that poor man ..I hope they find the little Zen and get her back to her family. That is just so awful that they would do that. |
Know what someone would get if they tried stealing my babies (or anything of mine, for that matter) from my husband or me at gunpoint? A bullet to the head or a knife wound that requires more than just a bandaid. If you are gonna pull a gun on me, that's threatening my life, and I will use deadly force if I feel my life is in danger. Really, you would think that more criminals would be wary because of the number of people who have gotten concealed weapons permits since Obama's been elected... On a lighter, less hostile note, I certainly hope the dog is found in good health and returned to the owner! He must be in agony...he is in my thoughts and prayers. |

Families have a way of surviving when one member passes on. My family knows i would have died doing what i believe in. Sometimes you have to. I agree with some of the others here on yt. My DH has his concealed handgun permits and in Texas we can have a gun in our car as long as you own both. We carry all the time. I am so sick of people thinking they can take whatever they want. I dare them punks to come play with me. Im going to work on my permit. I hope I will never have to use it but if I have to I will. |

Was checking in hopes of a good update on baby Zen. We had a gun all the time in AZ, especially after a guy pulled a gun on hubby one night because he didn't like his headlights. We did alot of target practice in the desert with hand guns and rifles. Nothing wrong with a girl knowing how to use a gun or being a good shot.:thumbup: The most dangerous thing would be if she pulled it and couldn't make herself use it. Then it gets taken away and used on her.:thumbdown What is the name of that tv show where the motorcycle gang protects the animals? I think it's on Animal Planet, anyway I wish they or someone like them could help find Zen. |
That's awful. I couldn't imagine being in that situation. How awful. I truly hope they find that dog and return it to his family. |
