ha ha ha! laughing hestirically here....i also had BIG BLONDE HAIR in the good old 80's...and i loved it then. now i keep it straight...we do go through some changes in life dont we? anyway, i have found a great little product found at sally beauty supply...it's called "motions" leave in. marketed for beautiful ethnic hair, but does wonders on mine as well as my yorkies...

and motions is a great "de-matter" too when sprayed directly on and left to soak a bit... also smells good.

yeah, i love it. and works on me and the kids....give it a try, it's rather in-expsensive...about $6 a bottle for the leave in. have tried the shampoo too, not much difference than some others i've used, but i love the leave in...

just move to houston with me. the house next door is avail. you will all fit right in w/the big hair!

on me i use fructis and it's a serum. but not the shampoo. talk about drying. my other trick? i have a straightener. (JUst for ME!) it is sort of my anti-80's movement.

ha ha ha, anti 80's movement....that is a good one girl! i had the BIG hair back then. and i had fun! i still listen to alot of my old 80's music. i think back about "rave" hair spray...i kept them in business! the blue and purple can. i can never find it now and that stuff held my hair through thick and thin, lol. now i use 'pantene' spray. my hair is straight now so i dont need so much hold as back then. but boy, i was proud of my hair. bangs, upper flip, sides teased, you name it, i did it. now days, i just dont have time to style my hair. i even used the "richard caruso mollechuler hair setter" sp? and use it to this day if i want to do a curly pony tail or if i'm going to a special function... I LOVE THE 80'S....MUSIC, HAIR, BANDS, AND ALL THE REST!

all rave did was change the can.
i do not endorse rave for puppy styling purposes! dear God, can you imagine!
i did aquanet. alot of it. yeah, alot...

i know if you use a dryersheet on your skirt it is not supposed to stick to your pantyhose
they also make (ask a computer person) antistatic pads. you touch them and they "decharge" you. i have no clue what they cost or where to get one but i know they work.

oh gosh, yes i can! you are so funny! but all jokes aside, i actually like rave hairspray for myself, and i cannot find it here in my area. (NC) food lion has suave and white rain....but no rave? so all they did was change the can...i will be looking for my "old faithful friend"

pantene does ok...but tends to lose it's strength in humidity...as for yorkies... no hair spray is used here at my house! but back to what i said at first, love the motions nourish leave in.

I still use cha cha net as we called it back in the day. But now it's use to hold my hair down. That or stiff stuff. They both worked great. They even passed the Ninga test. My hair never lost it's shape even after hours of riding on the back of Tim's Ninga.

Latuya, very brave on showing your big hair pic. I never heard of the dryer sheet, i need to get some just in case.
