Makes me sick to see money grubbers.. if she is using the APRI she is probably banned from AKC! |
I think dwerten has a few of those!:D |
OMG! I am really under priced!! LOL I have had calls the last couple days and some has hung up on me... rofl! |
They are brokers and state: "Cassie's Closet prides itself on offering superior quality puppies from highly reputable breeders". No highly reputable breeder I'm aware of would broker their pups! |

It seems I see people buying these really expensive yorkies A LOT, people like this lady are selling these pups sometimes better than your reputable breeders. I think that people buying these dogs are getting something very rare and because of the price think the pups are Superior. One of my friends wasn't getting any bites on the last few pups she had so instead of lowering their prices she increased the price and all of a sudden everyone wanted one. People confuse me:confused::idontknow:idontknow |

It did cross my mind when I saw the diff prices and no whole litters being sold that she might be selling for others.. I see a lot of web sites like that now. they advertise for the breeders, while the breeders have the actual pups, and when one is sold through her she gets a percentage. This is how they get around the brokerage laws and licensing since they actually never buy the pups or have them in their possession. |
You know, after going back and reading, this is a PET STORE!! One of those "upper class" ones.. Actually more like a puppy store since they only sell dogs and doggy items, and high end dog clothing.. |
This is the link to the yorkies: Teacup Yorkies for Sale, Teacup yorkie Puppies for sale, Micro Teacup Yorkies for sale |
I would be scared of the one for $15,000.. I don't think she looks right.. |
Wow!!! it does look sickly...poor baby!!! I feel so bad for her and the others. I noticed she's in Florida...I've seen a lot of yorkies in rescues in FL Anyone know what's up with that? Are they becoming the new hot bed for puppy mills? Just asking...don't mean to offend anyone. |
Well, FL is one of the worst places for forclosures and when that happens people have to move. Many appartments do not allow pets and some people can barely afford rent much less caring for a pet. This includes people who have lost jobs and other things. Sadly, pets are one of the first things to let go of when you are broke. As far as puppy mills, I am sure we have them but FL does have a very strict puppy lemon law, not sure how far that gets people though. |

I got a kick out of that:D I agree wholy mackral I never heard of such a thing. It must talk in 5 different languages. Have esp and knows eactly what you want from it and be trained! lol |
I wouldn't want a puppy that weighs 8 oz at 9 weeks! No offense to the puppy, and I know it happens once in a while, but it takes someone VERY special to deal with a dog that size. My puppies were 1 lb 8 oz at 9 weeks and they are going to be pretty small themselves - probably only about 4 1/2 - 5 pounds. I don't think she looks that healthy and to ask 15K for her is crazy. :( |
Don't mean to be rude but I don't see anything special about any of the puppies...they're cute, but not THAT cute. It amazes me at what some people are willing to pay  |
That is just crazy! The tiny pocket puppy for $15,000 doesn't look well at all. They should be investigated.:( |
I wouldn't even pay 500 for the one they are asking 15K for. Like others mentioned she does NOT look right at all! Personally the cheap ones underneath are much cuter ;):p Not that those are CHEAP at all haha |

That $15,000 puppy and the $5,000 puppy didn't look "right". My little Baby Sweet Pea was only 12 oz at 10 weeks but she looked healthy and was a real little livewire. I now realize how very blessed I was, because I have had only one extra vet visit over and above her normal check ups. Her extra vet visit was because she ate something she shouldn't have. She is 4 yrs and 5 mos now and weighs in at 3.75 lbs of pure Yorkie terrorist. LOL The breeder sold her as a pet and charged the going rate for pet stock in my area. The 2 little boys from the same litter were show possibilities and sold at a much higher price. I have been thinking about getting another Yorkie, but now I know what I could be getting into buying a really tiny puppy, I am hesitant. I have a little rescue Yorkie as well and he weighs in at 2.8 lbs. He has had many more vet visits and many more to come but his problems stem from his first home. When I do finally decide, I will probably end up taking another rescue. I just hate the idea of even one of these precious babies being euthanized because nobody wants it. |
This breeder must be insane and i dont believe they sold a puppy for 10k, i think they are saying that in the ad so it looks like someone else would be crazy enough to pay that kind of money. I looked at the pictures and i mean these poor furbabies dont look completely healthly. Anyone that has that kind of money to spend needs to make sure they get free medical care and a lifetime warranty for any genetic defects. |
Wowser! |
I would never pay 15000 for a puppy no matter how healthy it is. It would have to poop gold for that price! :D |

Those prices are just insane! And those puppies look sick...poor things |
I'm glad i'm not the only one that thought that was crazy ! :D Actually my son was looking on the net to pick out some things for his birthday and he started looking at dogs ( he always seems to do that :p) and he found the site. The $5,000 yorkie was originally priced at $2,800 ( or near that ) for about two weeks then suddenly the price went up to $3,800 or so ( cant remember the exact amount but in the high three's) then the next day she was up to $5,000.00 ! I had to know why so I called and asked why the price hike.....she said she raised the price because the puppy was staying small  |

For the ridiculous price on these two sickly Yorkies they better come with a Swiss Bank account so they can pay their own medical bills. Dollars to donuts these babies are going to have vet bills from Hades!!! |
Oh boy... one of THOSE... $15k for a pup! Ridiculous... |
I couldn't believe it...who are these people that buy these puppy, they are gettting ripped off. |
I thought the one priced for $1350.00 looked better than the high priced ones:rolleyes: |

Seriously though the puppies are cute I've seen gorgeous doggies right here on YT from our own breeders for a 1/3 of that cost. Sad that someone would even think of paying her that much. :( |
Wow! I\'m shocked to see that you can actually purchase pups off the website! |
