 Any suggestions  | I know exactly what you are talking about. For some reason when Uni was a puppy she loooooooved biting on necklaces. We would joke that when she didn't have a necklace to chew on, she'd chew her own (her tags). She chewed off the black coating on the name tag, so now it's just plain gold color. For some reason she just stopped. Maybe b/c your baby is so young still, teething?
I use a breakaway cat collar. Just in case. $3 at walmart and it comes with a bell. I can't stand to not hear where Uni is. Even though she doesn't get into stuff anymore, it's better that she's not always in stealth mode. Esp for the customers in my shop to "hear" there is something coming to them. Some of them hear her, see the toys all over the place and still get shocked when she goes up to them. But that's another story entirely.
Meanwhile, make sure no charms on her collar, absolutely no rhinestones that can come loose. Only good quality stuff that won't break if she chews it. |
