Not sure if this has been said, but I would take my camera, and take as many pictures as humanly possible until your little Brody can't hold on any more. I hope and pray that he has more time, but if not, treasure the time you have been given with him. A thought that helps me is that he needs to leave so young because he's finished with all the tests he was supposed to have in this life...meaning he is an even better than average dog. I know it's probably not much help right now, I know I would be a wreck, but know that you are in my prayers.

I know you had a bad night, but just want to let you know I have been thinking of you and how brokenhearted you are.Hope you know how much I care,it's very hard I know and remember the good times,it will be easier.

Thank you all so much for all your good thoughts and kind words. Words can not say how much it has meant to me and my family. It helps to know that you all understand how much I loved Brody and how hard his loss is, because of how much your babies mean to all of you. Give all your babies an extra hug today from me and know that I really appreciate all of you.

So sorry for your loss. One of my babies doesn't have long to live and I thank God everyday for the time we have left. Sasha is going to be 16 in April. She has congestive heart failure so I take one day at a time. I lost another baby October, 2009 to the same thing, her name was Sadie, she was 15. I miss her everyday.

Thank you. So sorry to hear about your Sasha and of course Sadie. It is never easy losing one of our babies they are such a big part of our lives. Enjoy ever minute you have left with Sasha that is what I did with my Brody. Those were moments I'll never forget. I keep you and Sasha in my thoughts.

Awwww I am so sorry for your loss Sending you gentle hugs. Be comforted in knowing that you may have only had him a short time but he was loved and well cared for by you. They do leave tiny footprints on our hearts ♥

Have you considered a holistic veterinarian? Their approach to medicine is different from the conventional treatments. If there is not one in your area, maybe you could consult over the phone. May be worth a try!

Just thinking about you and hope your doing ok,it hurts so bad when we lose our babies,but I think Brody is in doggie heaven playing with all of mine. Shelby,Colby,Chelsea,Sam.Sabrina, Crystal and Winston.R I P my babies and Brody..too.

Sorry to hear about Brody. I know how hard it is to know that one of your babies is going to pass. It was just the 2 year anniversary of my little Brooklyne's death and it was very hard. All I can say is that although it is tragic and devastating, you have other fur babies to hold close as you go through this time. I know that losing one of your babies is the hardest thing to cope with and that each one is special in their own way but I also know that it is easier when you have other babies to share with. I was not as fortunate and it took me almost 2 years before I was strong enough to get another Yorkie. The first anniversary was extremely hard but Saphira definitely made the second one easier to handle.
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Brody and the rest of your pack.
