I saw this on the news a couple of days ago, I was horrified :mad: that poor baby. This moron is from my area, I would love to kick him . I do kick boxing by the way :D I am SO happy they got this moron on tape, if I was the owner I would put up flyers everywhere and let all who would listen know what he did. I would destroy his reputation. They say people who treat animals like this are highly likely to treat children like this also, hope his wife, girlfriend was watching. :(

I signed it too. That is so sad. Animals don't deserve to be treated like that. Someone should kick him like that!

Yes there is plenty of evidence but we all know that stuff like this happens all the time and people only get a slap on the wrist.
They are hoping that with 50,000 signatures the judge will OPEN HIS EYES
and will give him the most hefty sentence possible.

It was awful to watch. The dog did nothing at all and he just got beat up over and over. What possible explanation could this guy give as a reason to hurt this dog???

I think that was the most upsetting thing I've ever watched:confused::(:eek: I don't understand how someone could do that to an animal. It is absolutely sickening. I am so glad the dog is okay

Thanks for explaining that. Our state has Magnum's Law which makes Animal Abuse like that already a Felony. I thought we were behind times, but maybe we are ahead of times. That video was terrible!

I'm with Cha Cha on this. The wording of said 'petition' is insubstantial, also. Besides, the public has this loser's address, what else is needed? I don't know the 'maximum sentence' for animal cruelty, but I think time behind bars is not enough. Appreciate it was obviously someone in the NYPD that enabled the video to go live.

I recommend watching the entire thing, to make it clear, that bad news needs to be faced and dealt with in this world, not caseloaded into paperwork dustbins. So the next guy in an elevator thinks twice.

OMG! I could not watch the whole thing it made me bawl, I wanted to jump through the camera and beat the living cr** out of that guy! That sick SOB I hope he gets his. He deserves jail time!! That poor dog I hope it gets a loving home! Please God!

I'm with you on this one. I have never heard of signing a petition online let alone when the specifics of the petition are not even available. If I felt it was a legitimate petition, I would not hesitate to sign it.

I could only watch a portion of that video as it just turned my stomach to see someone treating an animal that way. And for him to encourage the dog to come to him and kick it again made my blood boil. That poor dog.

I didn't have the heart to watch the video knowing what was going to happen to that poor dog :( but , I hope his punishment is heavy and swift.

This literally made me sick. It is so hard to believe that people would actually do this to innocent trusting animals that can not defend them selves.
