|  Bell doen't think the Baby! Ok, most of you know that I brought home my boy a few weeks ago. Bell at first seemed interested. But now hates him!!  When ever he comes near her, she leaves. If I hold her so he can either climb on her or smell her she gets very upset. She loves lilly (her daughter) plays with her, lets Lilly do whatever she wants. But hates Petey!!! Has anyone had this problem? Did it get any better? Any ideas as to what I can do. Bell isn't mean, she never growls or anything, but wants nothing to do with him!

| Aww I'm sorry to hear that, not sure I can be much help but I would like to know what others think. I am getting Porscha a brother in about 2 months and I hope I don't have the same problem. Do you think she is jst jealous? |

| my moms dogs hated toby at first, lani used to snarl and growl at him when he tried to play with her...... but it got better, they adjusted, and now they run and romp and play (its funny coz he is about a year, and she is like 11..lol...s hes an old lady)  |

| I think she might be jealous. When you bring home a new loved one, they play and get along, but as soon as they find out the "new" baby isn't here for just a visit, things change. Now in their eyes they feel they have to compete for you. It just takes time, before you know it, they will be the best of friends.

| Gosh, I just read the title from this post, I'm sure you all realize it should have said BELL DOESN"T LIKE THE NEW BABY!! It was a long day and I was tired!! Sorry!! Excuses, excuses, excuses!! Oh and Bell never growls or anything, but quickly runs away when he comes near her!!!
