Biewers - I am in LOVE!! I have recently discovered the Biewer Yorkie. I am absolutely captivated by these dogs. They are SO beautiful!! I just love the colors of their coat. Through some research I have found out the breed is pretty new and originated in Germany. I have also found two breeders in VA that look very good - one of them is VP of the Biewers Club of America. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone on here has a Biewer? If so, I would LOVE to talk with you to find out all about them!! I have already started planning to get one - my husband and I figure we will be ready to add a third pup to our family in about two years and it will be a Biewer. I can't wait!! :) |
Biewers 1 Attachment(s) Yea I know! I have just got a little Biewer girl, and I am in love!!! I do not know much about the breed though. From what I see so far she is alot like my other Yorkies. She is loving and playful. I just love her little tail (lol)... I am still trying to find out which type of shampoo and conditioner will be best for her. This picture is from Christmas of her. Good look with your search for your baby. I know there are some YT members who breed Biewers. Scrapidee (spelling may be off) has beautiful babies. |

OH she is SO pretty! I see you are in TN - any chance you are close to Knoxville? Thanks for the suggestion - I will look up Scrapidee on here and check out her pups. I still haven't found a good shampoo and conditioner for Nick. The vet said oatmeal for Daisy (she doesn't have yorkie hair - she has chi in her) but I still don't know about Nick. I am still using puppy shampoo on him but his coat seems a little dull. I am in the process of switching foods so that might help, too. Anyway, thanks for sharing the pic of your Biewer - she is gorgeous!!! :) |
I am in love with them too. It is def. my dream to have one some time soon. ( I hope!) |
they are adorable :) |
I didn't know much about Biewers til I joined this site either. I'm hoping to get my foundation bitch around my second year of college. I'd love to talk to a fellow fancier so my inbox is always open! |
2 Attachment(s) They are gorgeous, I agree:) Pictured is Abbigal Rose, she was amazing and is missed dearly; we lost her when she was only 10 months old. She got very sick and had to have surgery. They had to remove so much of her intestines, that she never fully woke up:cry: |
There are many Biewer breeders on here. Have you looked at the parti colored yorkies? |

I forgot you live in Morristown!! I have never seen a biewer in person. We really need to have a yorkie play date! |
Biewers are wonderful! I have 4 but we are going to place one of our boys...he is posted in the for sale section if you want to take a look. ;) Biewers are a little different from traditional Yorkies...my girls are quiet, calm and rarely ever bark...I have totally enjoyed my Beiwers since the day I brought them home! |

My Gizmo came from Knoxville Tn!!! You can check out his album on my profile page!!! He is just the sweetest!!!!! They are just the greatest!!! For shampoo CC Day to Day shampoo and conditioner works great on Gizmo's coat. He is so darn soft, my husband compares him to a rabbit!!!!LOL!!! |

I just got my first yorkie this past spring - not even a year ago and I'm already planning on how I can get more!! I'm pretty sure I am already addicted! I just wish I knew some local people with other yorkies - I really want to socialize mine more with small dogs. I do have a question for your Biewer experts - what is the different in a Biewer and a parti-colored yorkie? I found a few breeders that do not refer to them as Biewers but as parti-colored and from the pics they look to be colored the same. Is there a difference? |
