~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I got both my girls from them. I got them from their home (June & Aug 2009). They didn't have the pet store at that time. They seemed pretty legitimate to me. Lily seems fine but Lola (the 2nd puppy) smelled funny when I got her, she had a hernia and when I took her for spay they said she has elbow dysplasia. I wrote to the DA's office just to go on record. | |
| I went to their house before getting Giorgie and Chanel, and it screamed puppy mill. It's about time they shut them down.....
| These were my 1st puppies so I didn't know. Very hard to find a breeder without going to Sacramento. I checked around with no luck. |
| I had a hard time finding a good breeder even in the Sacramento area and ended up going out of state. I'm glad Lily is okay and hope Lola's elbow dysplasia is manageable and she will be okay too. I'm sorry this happened to you. This is such an awful story in our own backyard! |
| Thanks. Couldn't believe it when I heard about it. I felt like kicking myself for not seeing the signs. I really thought I had done my research. Anyway, it's done now. My girls seem happy so I'm glad about that. |
