|  He has to be a purebred yorkie cuz he's so darn cute! When I first got Bailey I was concerned because he wasn't a fluff ball like so many other Yorkie puppies, I thought me might be mixed with a Chihuahua  Some of you might remember I even posted a thread about it! I was even a tad upset, because I paid for a purebred puppy..many of you assured me Bailey was all Yorkie, and some people did agree he looked mix, but I have no doubts anymore, his hair, although slow growing is looking better and better every day, and I swear he gets more adorable by the minute He has stolen my heart! | Bailey is a total Q T Pie! My Daisy was never a puff ball either. Someone told me that is a sign that she would have a silky coat. Her hair doesn't seem to grow as fast as some of the other yorkies, but it is shiny, silky and never tangles. The only thing I have ever used to comb her is a flea comb. No way you could do that if it tangled easily. |

| Thanks for the comments! I had a few doubts when I first brought him home because his muzzle area wasn't puffy like other pups, lol..patience is a virtue, his hair never tangles either and is so easy to care for

| Aww, he is adorable!! What a cutie!! Definitely all yorkie, just look at that smile!! Some of the silky coated ones seem to have thinner hair as puppies but then grow up into real beauties. My Buster was one as well. He is 2 years old now and has a beautiful silky coat. But as a puppy he had straggly hair. I also had a puppy I sold last year. I called him our "ugly duckling" because his hair was so sparse. I had the treat of seeing him again a few weeks ago and he now has the most beautiful full silky coat. It really shocked me the transformation he made.
