| ![]() Does anyone else's yorkie like to keep there head elevated when they sleep? Like in my pics Callie will put her head on anything to elevate it when she sleeps most of the time but she will sleep with out it elevated sometimes. I did cover her up but shes the one who put her head on the pillow or side of the chair. Does it have something to do with having mild collapsing trachea? Just kinda wondering.

| ![]() Gypsy will do that a lot but not all of the time. She really likes to put her head on the mound of cover that she is laying under.

| ![]() I am sorry, I do not have an answer for you. Just wanted to say what a cutie pie Callie is!! Zoey frequently elevates her head, other times she curls up in a ball, and yet other times she hangs it over the edge of her bed ![]() Hope someone has some ideas for you but she is just a cutie deserving of tons of love, hugs and kisses... of course you already know that ![]()

| ![]() Molly likes a pillow as well, and she doesnt have collapsed trachea. If there isnt a ready made pillow. she will scrape the nearest thing into a nice pile and rest her head on it. ![]()

| ![]() Daisy does that, too. Always wondered why. It is very cute. Maybe their heads are kinda big for their delicate little necks?? Not sure why.

| ![]() Does it have something to do with having mild collapsing trachea? Just kinda wondering.[/QUOTE] I don't think it has anything to do with collapsing trachea. Both of mine sleep like that. Or if they are laying on the couch, they both elevate their head. At least I hope it's not due to a collapsing trachea! ![]()

YT 2000 Club Member | ![]() Tucker always sleeps with his head on something.. usually the arm of the couch. I even have a stuffed duck in his kennel that he uses a pillow. Its so funny. When he was a tiny, tiny pup he would always sleep with his head on his siblings or momma so I think that its why.
