| Barky puppy If a 12 week old yorkie barks mean he's going to be a yapper? I've fallen in love, but the female is little bigger and not a barker... Can't decide which one to choose for my forever home! |

| LOL, my dh and I went to pick out a puppy when they were 5 weeks old. DH picked this little puppy that cried every time he put her down and she kept coming back to the edge of the pen whining at him. So he took that as her choosing us. Then, three weeks later we go to pick her up. The breeder still had another puppy so we still could pick from the two in case we changed our minds. Our little puppy was still a whiner then and DH still liked her so we bring her home. She has NEVER shut up!!! She whines, she talks to us, and talks back at us, she hates being in her crate and tells us all about it!!! She is just a talker! But I LOVE that about her. It is like I talk to her and she understands and carries on a conversation with me. She makes noise in any and all variations from whining, to moaning, to growling, to barking, LOL. |

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | ok well i am glad i am not the only one. I seriously have gone crazy ever since I got a new puppy this past wednesday. HE is a serial whiner. No joke, he whines whines whines whines to the 100th power. I have never had a puppy whine this much. He hates being in his crate. I think he has major separation anxiety. My DH and I try relentlessly to make him tired by running around the house and have him chase us thinking he'll be so tired at bedtime he'll snooze right off. Well as he runs after us, he manages to whine at the same time. When we put him in the crate it's like he's whining for his life. My older yorkie is so funny, she barks at him like a "shutup already, i'm so annoyed bark". I just hope it wears off sooner or later.
