| My friends know how much I love my two furbabies and are always sending me info when they see pups in need. This has a particularly heartbreaking story. I wish I could help, but I am not sure hubby and I would be able to give her the home she deserves, especially with our little Lola unwilling to share Mommy and Daddy too much...hopefully someone will give her a happy home for the holidays. She is truly a little doll!!!!Adopt a Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie: Ginger: Petfinder

If you are not able to adopt a donation to the rescue would be very much appreciated. This the economy in such horrible share, not only are there many pups in need of forever homes but rescues are very short on funds as well as foster homes. There are so many ways to help in addition to adopting. Some rescues even have recurring donations that will allow you to donate monthly to help. It does not necassarily mean that you need to donate large sums of money but if more people donated small recurring amount it all adds up.

| I agree about donating when you can. Hubby and I frequently donate to many animal charities, and I am always on the look out for items that they can use. It is a cause close to both of our hearts. I hate to think about any animal living without the love they deserve. We actually donated funds to a Yorkie rescue in the names of our wedding guests, in lieu of giving them little trinkets. I thought it was a great way to include our friends and families in such a wonderful cause ![]() I really hope this little lady finds a wonderful family...people involved in puppy mills just turn my stomach!!!! UGH!!!
