| 2 yr Yorkie NEEDS your help! In Humane Society I went today to do my usual walkthrough to look for Cookie.Thank God I got a super nice lady and this time she walked me through the found pets and the Adoption area. She said " You never know, many people come in as owners saying they are surrendering a pet and its actually not their pet" she said there is a Yorkie in there now. I rushed to see him. It was not Cookie. Its a 2 yr old male. Cute sad looking little guy. I dont know how much longer he has left. They only hold them 5 days. I cant take another one in. I still have surrendered Yorkie with us until later this week when I take him to a Dogs & Cats forever center where they adopt them out to really good homes. Please take a look at this link. His name is Prince he is the second dog on the right. finddog Is there any place I could call that would take him? He is in Port Saint Lucie Humane Society in Fort Pierce, Florida. Gen |

| It's almost to give a correct evaluation on a dog that has just recently been placed in a shelter or even a foster home. They are traumatized and do not know what is expected of them. They will never be comfortable in any shelter, but they do relax and settle quite nicely in foster homes. He sure is a cutie and I'm sure someone will adopt him right away.

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | I hope you find Cookie soon! & as for the shelter saying "this guy is a little nervous" about poor Prince?...what little Yorkie wouldn't be petrified with all those giant dogs as room mates? sheeesh I hope Prince finds a loving home to go to soon as well; how sad that these wonderful pups end up in such horrible situations. The 3 Musketeers Donating Member | I wish I lived closer. I have a friend who is looking for a Yorkie and I've talked her into getting one from a rescue and this little one would be perfect.

| Gen, I think that it's wonderful all of the things that you are doing to find Cookie. Not only that, but you are also helping homeless dogs find a loving home! Those poor dogs, hopefully someone on YT can rescue them. |
