Wee wee pads?
 
I dont have my baby yet but I will soon im just trying to cover the basics so i would just like to know your opinions on which is preferred washable or disposable wee wee pads....

Washable, I always include one in my puppy packages.

Who cares Eco Friendly, I worry about my pups getting that fuzz up their nostrils and me fishing it out with twizzers.

I use Shamwow's with a Glad kitchen catcher bag underneath as a liner. I'm thinking of maybe making my own washables in the near future though. For now, I like the Shamwows because they soak the pee up so quickly that my furbabies don't get wet feet.

I love doing business with Lori Souza. I ordered new indicator pads when my pups were 6 weeks old....so they'd be here when I was ready to begin wee pad training at 8 weeks. I may not be eco friendly in this aspect.... I am eco friendly in EVERY other aspect though haha. I use disposable...... so much easier and no mess.

I use a mix of whashables and disposables, washables for the whelping box and puppies and the disposables with my adult dogs when it rains or snows..

Nothing like walking in to a room with white fluff every where.
I stop too because I was afraid they would swallow the plastic pieces.

So washable it is!!!! thank you all... I just heard a story of a pup choking on the plastic from the disposables i guess since they like to rip them up :( so im def going with washable now especially with all of your input. Ill just use the others for travel MAYBE.

Wow lilmissy thats creative of you to use the shamwow! ... i think the commercial is hilarious the way the guy is yelling and it can do this and it can do that lol (in that voice). I have some also so i guess he sold it!! lol

Lori is wonderful. I had one pad in all the pads I have ever bought that got a tear after it was washed. There must have been a flaw in the fabric. I contacted her and she immediately sent me a replacement.

Her pads last and last, too.

I use washable wee wee pads for the puppy. I love how easy clean up is.

I had to get creative because all of the washable pads I've found for sale have had outrageous shipping to Canada. I'm quite happy with the Shamwow's though, been using them for months.

I dont think the washable pads will fit with the holder. The pads are to thick. Also, I dont think they make holder to fit washable pads?? None that I have seen...

I use the 24 x 36 too. I prefer the indicator pads. What I love about Lori's Pee Pads, is the last forever. I bought 2 doz about 4 years ago. Through hundreds of washings, I'm just now having to begin replacing them. And she doesn't charge a shipping fee. As a matter of fact on my last order, because I was desperate, she mailed them express 2 day delivery.
