Hello Yorkie Lovers; I had previously posted that I would keep those of you interested in my case against Kim Hinkle of myelegantpaws in Sacramento,Ca informed as to the happenings about this case.
On October 27, 2009 my Atty. David F. Broderick sent Kim another letter via regular and certified mail. This letter informed Kim that he had not received any response from his earlier correspondence concerning the $4000.00 I sent to her for my male pup of which she failed to deliver.
He informed her that unless he hears from her on or before November 2, 2009, that we are going to proceed with both federal criminal charges and a civil case against her for theft, fraud, etc.
He told her that if she wishes to avoid further legal issues, to please contact him immediately upon receipt of this letter.
Looks like we are going to file charges since we haven't heard anything from her as per deadline.
Just wanted to keep those of you following my case informed. My atty. has the nickname of Rottweiller in Ky. When he starts, he doesn't stop untill the job is done!!
Will keep you abreast of future happenings. Thank all of you that have emailed me with kind wishes and for also giving me information about how this woman has also scammed some of you out there. These emails will also help in my case against Kim. It is high time that consumers stop getting the shaft from so called breeders that are only interested in taking innocent peoples' money. I hope this will shut down some of these unethical breeders that are using poor dogs and lying to the public just to make a buck!! WE WILL SEE SOON.... Truly; Robin Crews
