| OK, guys! The Toy competition is over now so we can acknowledge the ones who won and those who didn't!! Although Toto's Dad, Wyatt didn't win to compete in the finals for BIS ... we thought he looked great!! He did win "Best of Breed" again .... so that was wonderful! We were all so excited that he got to compete ... Toto was all "smiles"!! I'm sure he is #1 in her little heart!!!

| I really enjoyed watching the streaming video from the website, Wyatt was indeed impressive........I believe only one Yorkie has ever won Best In Show.....many years ago. |

| Pom One of the commentators mentioned the reaction of the Pom winner (same one) last year...he said he walked up to the judge and looked them right in the eye..a sassy little guy. I saw C D Higgin's (Westminster Yorkie BIS winner) a number of times. He all but talked to the judges. He was a show off like no other. The judge said she could not take her eyes off him, he would not let her..he demanded the ribbon. Yorkies seem to be a bit more laid back now in the ring. Our little Yorkies need some terrier spirit bred back into them...just my opinion. |

YT Addict | yesterday when I watched VDO of yorkie competiton on westminter website, I was thinking that I'm quite accustomed to kennel name of BOB champion. I thought some yorkie friend who I ever talked to has yorkie pup from this kennel. Until I read this post...and yeah....that's you, Bettyanne and Toto. Congrats to Toto, your daddy is so gorgeous. On the same competition, Cha-Cha's brother had joined this show. His name is Chotlada Foreign Affairs or Farlow. Last year, Farlow won the Award of Merit. Cha-Cha and Farlow would like to congrat Toto's Daddy for his success |

| Thank you all for the kind posts regarding Toto's Dad, Wyatt! I didn't see this until today ... haven't been staying up on everything due to problem with my wrist. Defying Dr. orders today and trying to catch up!! I think the new streaming video is just wonderful ... wish they would do more of it! Haven't spoken with Ava [breeder] since the competition, but I know they are all thrilled. Spoke with her the night before they went and they were excited just to get to participate! I believe the last time a Yorkie won BIS at Westminster was 1978? Toto's Grandma [Tyava's Wilderness Girl] won "Best of Opposite Sex" there a few years ago. There were lots of beautiful Yorkies there this year ... but we have lots of beautiful Yorkies here as well! I can't imagine how they handle the stress of the competition ... I would be a wreck!!
