I ran out of dog food for my babies. I knew I was running low, and I was supposed to pick some up this week but.....life happened. Ok so I had a free sample of Professional dog food. There was some in the bowl this morning. I get into the shower and I come out and the bowl is empty

. Poor little Coco man, is pushing the bowl around the kitchen with his little snoot.

I need a low fat because of Trixie and her pancreatitis and Coco and Pebbles are on the chunky side. They all eat the low fat kind. Anyway, I usually use Wellness super 5 mix healthy weight. So idiot me decides to switch it up because they must be tired of the same old food. So I rush out this morning, in the rain to get them more food. I decide to try Dick Van Patton, Natural Balance reduced calorie. THEY HATE IT!!! Only Pebbles will eat it. I feel bad now and I should have just stuck to Wellness. You know the saying, "if it ain't broke..."

Try adding a little boiled chicken to it or some chicken broth.
Fool the little stinker's.

Awww, you sound like a great mom! You were just thinking of them and wanting to give them a little variety. Take the NB back to the store - they'll give you a refund. Give them their regular food for dinner and they'll have forgotten all about it by then.
