Yorkie Train!!! from OH to NY
 
Could anyone help me get my new rescue a little closer to NY for me? He is at a shelter in Lisbon, OH. They want him out this weekend. I've payed for him already so that is taken care of but this came on soooo fast. Saw him this morning and got him 3 hours later:D They don't have any more room and they said he is upset in the cage as the big dogs bark at him. So if you know anyone please let me know. Thank you!!!

Oh thank you! He is a little big, but I like them that way (afraid of stepping on a little one) Can't wait to clean him up.

i live in ohio but i dont drive i could maybe go and get him so you dont lose him but i cant do any real transport please let me know if i can help

its almost 3 hours for me in canton but its a little closer north and he will be safe until other arrangements can be made

Did you try to PM the member that originally posted the link in the rescue forum? Maybe she could help you out. IDK but he is so cute that I would be making the trip no matter what :p

What about hopping on a flight? You might be able to get there pretty cheap and really quick too! What is the airport closest to you and where in OH is he at again?

Well I would love to thank everyone but my husband came through again and told me we will get up early to get him.:D:D:D Hope he likes to ride:D But I still need a new name!

I really want to help with a Yorkie train one day! If anyone ever needs someone in north Alabama I'm in! I'm so glad it worked out! By the way, your husband sounds like a gem. I'd say he's a keeper!

another happy ending. Im so glad you saw this boy and you and your husband gave him another chance.

so Im gonna use that as my choice of names for him. CHANCE :D

As soon as I can I'll post photos. Getting up EARLY Sunday morning as my husbands sisters are giving me a party on Saturday, they have been planing this for some time so I can't not go. But I have to get him out of the shelter no later then Sunday because they need the cages, more are coming in and they can't put more then one dog in a cage. I can't even think what will happen to the other dogs, they are that full:(:( I'm hoping that they have a door that I can go in without going into the part that the other dogs are in. I know you can't save them all but if that doesn't break your heart then you have no heart at all:(

I'm still no help on a new name. I always like to get to know their personality a little better, but he is just so NOT a Viper.

Yes NOT Viper! All I can think of is a big dog or a snake.:thumbdown I'm thinking I should let my husband pick his name. I would love it if the new guy falls in love with my husband and not me :aimeeyork
