So yesterday I took peanut to his groomer.. and I dont REALLY like his hair cut :( Maybe bc it was so long on his face and now it is short..I dunno and she did something strange with his bangs??? I call it the 80's bangs thats #3 lol

Dh LOVES his hair short and this is a little toooo short for me... ergh :mad:

He is my baby and I would love him with NO hair, but still... With this hair cut he reminds me of when he was just a little pup!!!

I am sorry you are upset over Peanut's haircut. Personally, I think he looks adorable. Hair will grow......

Whaddya talkin bout??? He is freakin adorable. My baby needs a haircut bad. I had it all shaved off and now that it is growing back I don't want to cut it. I am hoping when I do get it cut, her haircut is just as cute!

But then again, you can't really go my by opinion. I happened to think all yorkies are no matter how long their hair is. I have never seen an ugly yorkie. I love them all.

Girl, he looks ADORABLE! I love it. Looks like she gave him the "visor" cut. I think it looks absolutely adorable.

Thanks! I am just being OCD with him. :D I love him no matter how long his hair is LoL I am getting use to it, the more I look at him the cuter he is! I think my eyes were so use to his long face hair and now its short it was a little shocking :rolleyes: hehe

I really think he looks cute! He's not the first who's hair has been chopped off... or the last :) Hair grows back and it will be the length you want before you know it! Who knows, you may even learn to love it!

Thanks. That is true you cant really do anything to a yorkie to make them not cute!! One time DH had peanuts hair all shaved!! Yes I am talking shaved 100% even his whiskers!!! OMG I was soooo mad Peanut looked like a CHIUHAHA!!! He was still cute tho lol

I also do that "visor" cut on mine. I think your little guy looks adorable. Count your blessings...I've seen much, MUCH worse haha:D

You know I showed his groomer this picture and said thats how I wanted his hair cut... so its my fault its so short!

Got to agree with the others, every angle looks so cute, I've seen pictures where they cut it so short the Yorkie looks like a Chihuahua, but really this is gorgeous. I'll bet in just one month it will grow enough so that you like it, take pictures of the length you like it or measure it, but remember they are trying to give you a cut that looks good for around two months.

awwww.....I think Peanut looks Adorably Cute! So neat looking & Love the puppy look. Peanut looks Young & Handsome!!;)

One of the things I dearly Love with the face cut is to see their little neck......awwww.....kissably cute!!!

Aww thanks guys!! I knew I could count on you guys!!

I think those "bangs" LoL visor cut... really threw me off.. I have never seen that on Peanut :rolleyes:


I think when I get an idea in my head and it doesnt come out 100% how I want it, I think thats when I get a little upset..I love his groomer to tell the truth.. She is the best. I love my little puppy peanut sooo much!!

Yup that be the one! I didnt notice the pic of the yorkie had a topknot thing.. and when I picked him up she said " i hope you like it I tried to get it to the T how the pic was, but I didnt want to give him a top knot"

She is funny, she knows that I dont like peanut to have a topknot so thats why she didnt give him one :D

I can't believe she got it so close to the picture you gave her. I would say she did an amazing job! Very cute cut. I actually think the visor cut is better for the dog. Mine seemed more comfortable that way. I have grown my two out and it seems I am always messing with their hair trying to keep it out of their eyes. I will probably wind up going back to the visor cut -- after all these months of growing it out! I bet others will wind up using Peanut's pic to take to their own groomers to show what they want!

Well, she knows you well, I thought maybe you were disappointed because he didn't have the topknot, and I've grown to really love the topknots, but Peanut looks absolutely adorable in the cut. Maybe we should add one of the pics to your avatar? We'd have to take out a picture to do it. :)

Yeah she is a great groomer!! I met her when I was working at the vet, and we became friends..then I got Peanut and I started to take him to her.. She gives me a discount...but I end up tipping her alot anyways lol just bc she is so good and she is so good to him when he is there.. I dont have to make an apt or anything I just drop him off and she takes care of it :D
I have never seen the visor cut... I like it more and more everytime I look at him. DH is in love with this hair cut :rolleyes:

Oh No... You know I put a bow in Peanuts hair, it looked really cute, but I just didnt like it. Then I put a top knot in his hair too and I didnt like it either lol.. I dont know I just dont like that stuff on Peanut for some reason... It doesnt "fit" him if that makes sense.. I love bows and top knots on other yorkies.. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM just not on Peanut :D

I didnt even notice that yorkie had a top knot until Nikki( groomer) pointed it out lol :D

Aww you just made my avatar... I would hate to have you change it already!! I like how you made it! I will put those pics in my album and then we can change it later on :D

OMG what a doll. I love the long coats but it mine could look that stinking cute short I would do it in a heartbeat! My Pixie has long coat but the visor bangs and they grow so fast. I have to trim them every 2 weeks so that will grow, but really he looks adorable.

:D Thanks! hmmm Peanut's hair grows fast too!! Those visor bangs.. when they grow will they grow over his eyes?? or is that the hair will grow on top of his head ? is that the hair that you put in a top knot??... ??? :confused:

Thanks!! You know I like his face hair a little longer than what it is.. but his hair grows sooooo fast!! So it really doesnt matter.. I would love to have him have the full coat bc when I shave him down his body is pure black with silver flicks... and when it starts to get long it comes in pure silver.. so I would LOVE to see what color his body hair would be if it was grown out. But we are busy buddies always going and doing something!! I couldnt brush him and take care of that coat as much as you are suppose to!! I wish I could but when I want him to have that coat I will come on YT and look at all the beautful yorkies on here with that show coat!!

Plus he has sooo many new shirts to wear!!! Haha thats another excuse for me to buy him shirts.. I just tell dh " well he doesnt have any hair and he gets cold so he needs jackets and shirts! lol works everytime

My two 5 month old girls went for their first grooming today. I had them leave the "bangs" alone --hoping that in a few more weeks they will be long enough to pull up on top of their heads. Well, before I got home with them, one of them had dislodged her bangs, leaving the rubber band just hanging . . . I am so tempted to just give in and cut the hair out of their eyes ESPECIALLY seeing how cute your baby looks!

Be happy! I love the "visor" look!

most don't!
Your baby looks adorable in his new cut. I love the Yorkies short
anyhow if they are not showing, it's easy to keep clean and always

I like his cut like this the best i think. it fits his personality...and he totally looks like a boy like this. she did a good job. I like his legs too. is tom happy now?
