I feel for Karlee's owners. Allergies can be absolutely horrible and deadly. I'm sure that they will find great comfort in knowing that Karlee is going to a home where she will be loved!

Ok, Karlee is in her new home. She is doing good right now. She just runs around sniffing everything. She is a little nervous about the other doggies, but it is not too bad. No snapping or growling or anything, just nervous. It was raining where I met them to pick her up so it was really hard to talk a whole lot. :( Here is a few pics. She wont be still long enough to get any good ones! :rolleyes: Bentley and Lexi just follows her around and you can just hear them whispering to each other about Karlee! LOL Oh and in the first pic she is laying on my back where she decided to lay on the way back. A little awkward, but whatever makes her happy!

Here is a couple that my son took with her. (He is HORRIBLE about fake smiling!!!):rolleyes: I love the kissy pic. You can see her little tongue. LOL

She is sooooo cute. You sure have a house full of Yorkies now, don't ya? How lucky! I am so happy she found a home w/ someone on YT. :)

I am SO happy to see Karlee is adjusting so well tonight I just showed my boys the pictures you posted and I know God worked my situation out for it to be your family to have Karlee. Me and my family are feeling good knowing she is going to be loved to pieces and cared for so in your home. I'm so happy to see pictures of her and she looks like she is going to fit right in! I made it back to my Parents home and did'nt cry I felt at ease when I saw you with her. I wish we could've gotten to talk longer this afternoon but the rain would'nt allow it, but I think too it did'nt leave me standing longer and longer I might have lost it and cried some so again that was something else God worked out for a reason I believe. I'm truly happy for you all right now. My sons both said they love Karlee and miss her but they are not upset it was not as horrible as I figured they'd react. My oldest son said that he is happy to see she is doing good with your family and he is excited to know we can visit her sometime. Give Karlee hugs and kisses for us and looking forward to seeing photos and updates. It truly helps to be able to see these pictures I see in her eyes she looks happy. I hope tonight she sleeps well I'm saying prayers that she will get through her nervousness and get adjusted quickly for her and you guys. Take care!!

I am so so happy that you feel at ease with your decision. That makes me feel really good. Karlee is going to be loved tremendously. I am so glad your sons are doing better than you thought. Seeing your kids in pain is excrutiating. I really wish that we could have talked longer, but like I said, I know I would have been crying right with you if you would have started! LOL She is such a sweet girl and just seems to love everyone. You can definitely tell that she has been loved by you and your family. I will keep you updated and thank you so much for allowing her to join our family. She is a precious little girl and we are very blessed.

Thank you Kristy and I was so happy to meet you today I could just tell how Karlee was when she saw you, she runs to us like that and I've always heard dogs can read how people are. I knew right then and there the way Karlee was giving you puppy kisses that she really was going to love being with you all! I feel God blessed both our families and made it possible to work out this way. Just knowing how much love Karlee is getting makes my sadness go away. I will miss my little sugar booger dearly and I'm dreading going back home on Sunday after my visit with my parents I know when I get home it will be different with Karlee not there. I have caught myself a couple times already thinking what is Karlee doing...then it hits me...oh yeah she is with your family, but when I think that I feel blessed and happy to know that Karlee is with your family! Kristy I can't thank you enough for being so kind and when I met you I just knew I'd made the right decision in my heart I knew it was meant this way. When I started to get sad I would just watch Karlee giving you puppy kisses I knew she was going to be happy and I felt that. You are such a sweet person and I know Karlee could see that the min. she saw you! I look forward to seeing and hearing more about how Karlee adjusts and call or email me anytime.

I know that it is hard on the family , but also hard on you knowing the situation of how you are getting her. But .. that being said... you are doing the best possible thing for her family. Giving her a wonderful home and love that they would have wanted for her. That should be commended! What a incredible selfless act. Taking the time to help someone else.
