Haha, Fido does this too if you play a litle ruff with him:D |
Romeo does this too. We love it. Lately he has been doing it a lot at night and we've made a game of it. He'll stop and my BF will say BOO and he will take off again lol it's hilarious. |
Both of mine do this. Oliver 4.5 months gets started and then Buttons 4 yrs starts in. They chase each other all over the house. Buttons jumps on the bed while Oliver goes under it. I always stay out of the way or I get all tripped up. Love it. |

Urban Dictionary zoomies When you dog runs around the house like crazy jumping on the couch, running up and down the stairs, and all over the house. It usually ends with them falling to the floor, panting like crazy and taking a nap. fun website, my vids won't load at work so you'll have to fill me in on how funny they are? http://www.dogguide.net/blog/2008/05/zoomie-fest-12-videos-of-dogs-at-their-craziest/ |
The Zoomies! Learn to love it, it's just hilarious! |
HAH dusk zoomies i read that puppy zoomies are most common in the morning or at dusk mine's always at dusk, i thought she was nutts and even called her evil on another thread (my apologies) but it was all just the zoomies!! |
Oh yes, boyh mine do it too. Usually involves Alfie chasing Rosie around the house and garden, his barks soon become frustrated squeeling when she wont let him catch her. |
Zoomie butt i love how her butt is always hunched up when she starts those zoomies, it's like it's trying so hard to catch up with her speed but just can't quite make it |
Yep -- the Zoomies -- good name! Three of mine will do this. Suddenly out of nowhere, a silent challenge goes out and all three are hyperspeeding through the house. The way my house is laid out they can do a figure eight through living room, foyer, kitchen, dining room, and den. It will make you dizzy watching. I would not mind it so much except Ben tends to bark when they do this. I am also waiting for the wear pattern to show in the carpet. Talk about a high traffic area! |
Rockie does it all the time.:D Once he gets going l don't like to interfere, he especially does it if he has one oh his toys in his mouth. |
I thought it was something wrong with Bree for the longest, she does it all the time. I like the name you used "zoomies"...lol |
Wow Well that is a relief, I thaught, he was pchsyco or something, I was starting to worry. I am glad to find out this is normal. I think. It had me worried at first, I thaught maybe there was something genetically wrong or something. Thanks so much for the relief. |
We should try to get the zoomies on film! I will try my best :D |
