Jackson was 1 year-old in July. His head and front chest are still white! His face is golden and so are his ears.

I love Jackson's unique colors. I've found over the last couple of years that more and more colors are coming out. His colors could just be a throwback from genes of his ancestors but I think he's gorgeous!

You are right, I don't think I have ever seen a yorkie with that much white. He is absolutely adorable. My boys are staying mostly black and tan with a little gold/silver on head and chests. I had hoped that they would lighten up, but they are still dark, dark, black on the body. I love the white, he/she is so pretty and gorgeous. All yorkies are unique, and you have a unique one. He/she is so sweet and pretty. Congrats. I think a little Clairol would be necessary to get my boys to lighten up at all. LOL

He is gorgeous! Both of my dogs were lighter in the face after they were groomed.

I have one of each, blue/tan and silver/almost white, isn't it interesting how they change colors? Nothing boring about these babies. Yours is beautiful.

The breeder said he was a blue and gold (as oppsed to black and tan) his mother and father are pictured on this website:

Mom and dad are beautiful. Maybe I am wrong, but it's kind of weird that he turned out the color that he is on his face with those 2 parents. He's very cute regardless.

Hannah , you really don't have to worry about Jackson's color . He will have a golden head . Venus and Agate were just like him when they were pups . There is nothing weird about this situation . He is absolutely gorgeous .

I have the opposite problem, Bell has a white butt! As time goes by she gets lighter and lighter. I had to shave her because the puppies destroyed her coat, Yesterday I gave her a bath and noticed that she has darker roots!! I have no idea what is going on, except I know that their colors do change.

Those are the colors I love!! A blonde yorkie!! He is a doll!! It is not the breed standard and is another example in my opinion of where the breed standard is not always the "golden rule" or the law of what looks good.

He is sooooo cute!! OMG!!! :D

I think he's absolutely beautiful!! Genetics are a weird thing. I think his colors will probably start to look like his parents with time. But, even if they don't...he'll still be beautiful!!

I have had a chance to see Peter and Patty at a few dogshows , I am sure that Jackson will improve in a few months . Susan is a very honest breeder . I don't find nothing weird about him . A very good quality Yorkie always take a little more time to improve .

He is sooo darn cute!!!!!!!! I love his little white face!!!! Simply adorable!!!!
Luigi's face is getting lighter and lighter too!!!! He is very silvery especially compared to Brasco now, who is very dark tan!!!!! I love the white!!!!!

He is a sweetheart..sometimes the genes dilute too much, too fast. They like different shades in different parts of the country..I am not partial to the black they love here in FLorida.

I think he is absolutely gorgeous. I wouldn't worry too much about his coloring. He is very unique the way he is.

I absolutely love the light blonde, the all over light blonde - I don't have a clue if he will get darker, but he is absolutely beautiful right now!!! :)
