Ckc I find it hard to believe that the CKC would register a dog with only a picture. I have had dealings with them in the past and nothing was ever that easy. This is a huge surprise to me. Has anyone actually registed a dog CKC with only a picture. Are we talking about the same CKC, Canadian Kennel Club? |

Whole thing sounds like both of you really were a bit lacking in education of the rule of the stud owner. My dogs aren't for public stud....however, my breeder retains breeding rights....and I've used her studs a couple of times....When the last breeding is completed....the owner of the stud signs and hand over a litter registration.....pretty much the way it's done....But, then breeding should be done with someone you trust. |
i agree with you. ill never do this again. i trusted her. its just that simple. this was all just verbal. i didnt lie about anything though, had no reason to but obviously she did and i have learned my lesson. i just dont see the need to get personal, outside of the box. why?? |
If I were you, I would NOT give her any puppy. You see how unresponsible she is. Who knows where this precious baby is going to. Keep them, there is not contract. Your word againest hers. |
I have been reading and I think you handled this very well. If you have to go to court, you will succeed--just bring all your documentation including this thread. And a good lesson for all, is put it in a contract (and even then you will not cover all the points.) |

One doesn't want to begin not trusting, but you'll chalk this one up and tuck in the back of your head.....and proceed with caution. |
needed that, thank you very much. a lesson learned.... |
