That's a great idea to actually go to the shelter and look for him and leave a flyer--rather than just calling. :thumbup: The shelter staff must be so busy, it would be hard for them to keep informed if you just called to check.

Got a call from a nice nice lady who found Nico!!! Yea my baby is safe! I will be picking him up around 5 pm...She found him--downtown of all places!! She even took him to vet for me to make sure he wasn't hurt!!! Yea!!! He does answer prayers!!!

you are so right!! I knocked on door and several neighbors saw the dogs (Winnie the cocker was with Nico but she made her way back home!!) together and Nico was leading the way!! But he is home now!!! We are so HAPPY!!!

THIS IS AN ANSWERED PRAYER. i AM SO GLAD YOU FOUND NICO. THIS IS MY BIGGEST WORRY. THANK GOD THERE ARE STILL SOME HONEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD TODAY THAT LOVE ANIMALS.

It's a big fear of mine as well. Some how he lost his collar and tags but what saved us is his chip! The vet scanned him and our info came right up!! That chip is the best invention since sliced bread!! By the way, we are getting a pampered day tomorrow at the groomer!!! :cool::rolleyes:

Yes, my baby is home and he is asleep right here besides me. I will post pictures tomorrow after he gets his grooming...he hates the bows! Thank you everyone for the prayers and support! I couldn't have made it through without each and everyone of you!! True, him having fleas is worth him being home...but THEY'VE GOT TO GO!!!! :eek::eek:
