Whats you yorkies reaction...?! I thought it would be cute if you shared your your yorkies reaction when you get home from work, or from just stepping out. Whenever I get home from work Charlie runs back and forth from the door to me over and over again jumping and barking as loud as he can.. he does this like 5 times over! haha its absolutely adorable tho. Roxy usually gets to the highest ground (aka the top of my kitchen table lol) so she can get near my face. :rolleyes: What do you babies do when they've missed you!? |
They run in circles around you do their little dance whine and Jewels rubs her head on the couch cushions untill we give them attention. Oh they also bark |
Bailey jumps around like he is on speed or something lol running around all hyper, i ignore him till he is calm and then say hello, he is getting alot better :D he is so cute <3<3 |
Well my Bryan is a lot more mature then your silly furbabies..when I walk in the door he's usually on the sofa stuffed in the corner because he's been sleeping all day, so he has to strech first then he rolls on his back so I can rub his stomach...then when I pick him up he licks my across my mouth about five times..then I put him down because I usually have to go to the bathroom which he follows me to and once I drop my pants he grabs ahold of my underwear an starts to pull and when I say No! He will fall on the floor and start wavin at me like (look mommie I'm a good boy) and we do this every day...The End |
Stella jumps up and down a foot and a half or more in the air (not on me, just straight up and down) like she thinks she's a Jack Russell...or an agility dog? She does this so often that her back legs are ROCK SOLID from the jumping. I love her way of letting me know she's excited, especially since she's learned not to jump ON me. |
Well my experience wasn't so cute. Up until 7 months ago my Lucky would start barking as soon as we drove into the parking lot, he still does that, but right when we would open the door he would start jumping around and peeing everywhere! So I was told that we should no longer greet him until he has completely settled down. Which is sad because he gets no love when we walk in. he is now 2 1/2 yrs old and if we attempt to greet him as we walk in, he will still pee all over the place, even when we touch him. It's no fun. We wish we could love on him when we get home. :( |

Missy is waiting at the top of the stairs (there's a babygate there), once I'm up the stairs she back off and gives me my space. I put my purse down and all that, when I'm ready for her I call her over and she smothers me in kisses. This is the first dog that I've owned that doesn't totally bombard me when I get home. I like it :) |
Pixie comes in the foyer and spins and wiggles and Zsa Zsa runs up to me and licks me... |
Snickers jumps around and then gives you five and dances a little. I love it and want to catch it on video :) hahah. |
When I come home from work, Apple picks up one of her toys, that she has brought to the front door, while I was gone, and runs away w/it...then runs back and brings it to me to play w/her...This is the nice part...When I get ready to leave out the front door, there is a different story...She gets sooooo mad, she growls at my feet and bites at them, trying to keep me from leaving...She will grab my pants leg, shoe, anything trying to hold me back...I've had to lay her on her side, as she gets soooooo vicious...I hate to discipline her, as I'm walking out the door, but if she weighed 40 lbs. instead of 4 lbs., I'd be injured :eek:...She really loses her temper, when she knows I'm leaving...If she only knew how my heart was breaking, because I have to leave her, maybe she wouldn't be so naughty :( |
Boo wags his tail and dances around until I pet him, then he's all about going outside. Yogi rubs himself against my legs and wiggles and squrims, all he wants is to be touching me. Gracie Ruth runs to greet me, she'll touch my leg quickly with her nose and then run off to get a toy to bring to me. She doesn't always want me to play with her, sometimes she just brings me a toy as if it's a 'reward' for coming home. :p |
First when Tippy hears the car in the driveway she runs to our side french door and I can just see her little face peering out at me and that just gets my heart .When I come in the front door she does the "run as fast as she can through the house like a crazy dog bit." It cracks me up everytime.:D |

When we come home Bella bounces up and down like "Tigger" until I get in the door. Then she jumps up in my arms and we "sing" her favorite song "bar rawr roo". We are trying to teach Bella to sing on command but so far she only will do it when we get her totally riled up. |

Every night about 15 minutes before I get home all of my furbutts line up by the door and stare at it. When they hear the garage door open they stand up and start wagging their tails. When I get in the door the all run around me in circles and demand that I pick each one up in turn. Skeeter goes first, then Adie, then Cassie. (They know whose turn it is and get upset if I pick up the wrong dog.) It is like that every single work night. While I was in Florida they lined up and stayed there for about an hour before deciding that I wasn't going to come home soon but they were on alert for the rest of the night. Poor dh.:mtongue: |
Suzi always watches us comes home in the upstais window. We see her peeking through the window blinds looking at us, waiting until we make it up the stairs:p Then, she runs in circles as fast as she can. She's so funny! Our little puppy is starting to become just as excited as Suzi when we get home too . She can't jump on the couch yet to look at us in the window, or spin in circles, but, she is so happy when were home! :D It's adorable. |
Hehe! All great ones. We have lots of glass doors, with the small window panels. Bluebelle runs from door to door with her paw on the first kedge until she secures me in her sites....then se stays there with tail wagging until I open the door. Sometimes she pees (that's a new thing I want to stop!). She is just too excited for words... BTW - this is if I have been out for hours or minutes... |

She goes crazy and I try to wait until she calms down before I respond to her. Once she has calmed down I give permission to jump in my arms and then its all KISSES KISSES KISSES She doesn't get left home by herself often so its a big deal when she does . My place is really dark when I get home, and tucker usually wakes up from his all day nap and waddles out to the living room when he hears the door, but stays on the other side of the room. he wiggles back and forth like he's squinting and trying realllllly hard to see if it's me or an impostor. When I say something or turn a light on he comes running. Then he stand up on his hind legs and follows me around until I say hi and give him some loving. if I walk by the couch or the bed he jumps up on it to get closer up to me. I sometimes worry he may have an eyesight problem, but I really think it's more that he can't see in the dark, lol. |
Maddy first runs out the door into the hallway and walks in the house with me. She then proceeds to run back and forth making all sorts of crazy barking/hissing/growling sounds until I pet her. She jumps on the couch...and then off... and back up. Flops herself down and lays on her back and wants me to rub her belly. She follows me into the bathroom too, and chews on the crotch of my undies, while still on me!!!! Little perv. haha. |

JoJo will be watching through the french door as we come up the steps from the basement. As soon as we open the door, he will run and get a toy and run back and forth really fast. Sometimes he will bring us the toy and when we pick him up he kisses us like we have been gone forever. It is the same way if we have been gone 5 minutes or for several hours. I think he must feel like he needs to bring us something when we come home. All we want is to love on him. The best way for me to get some loving is to get out the "box" as my husband calls it (aka laptop). I get lots of kisses then and don't even have to leave the house! |

Owen does this crazy twitch jumping around thing and as soon as you start petting him, he rolls on his back, back and forth while you rub his tummy all while licking the crap out of your hand. He is crazy hahaha |
When I get home my Jake runs to get me a toy and he starts to smile. It is the cutest thing when you see all his teeth it kind of looks like this :D. Maya barks and begs to be picked up and kisses and kisses me until I can't breath. Brody screams this high pitched scream like he is being murdered and runs around like crazy. The baby is not sure what to do at this point he just watches all the others acting like a bunch of nuts and has this happy look on his little face.
