I understand that the risk of spaying is scary, but still it is much better for them. I have a baby that is just under 2 1/2lbs and she will be spayed in about 6 weeks. She is just finishing up with her first heat so we are giving her some time to get back to normal first:) I honestly wish that we would have had her spayed before this heat but I also wanted her to be done growing first:) |
she is really a beauty. i would also spay her. |
your baby is so cute. you should spay her. but you need to make sure you find a good vet and make sure that they do blood test on her first and use the right kind of anesthesia since she is small. |
Wow - your baby is beautiful  I agree with all the other posters.....it would be devastating lose her, which would be a possibility if you bred her as she is so tiny. Your yorkie is truly stunning...enjoy her :) xxx xxx |
Awww your little girl is very pretty, Just to ease your mind some, I have a small one and had her spayed at 9mths, She weighed 3pds and did great :) I have a good vet that i trust very much, that helps ;) |

Spay... |
It would be better for her to be spayed . |
she is a beautiful girl! Shed be much happier if she were just spayed and loved on :D |
She looks just like my Roxy. Love her. Please don't breed her. |
I would definitely NOT breed her. I have a tiny one too and I can't imagine her tiny body trying to carry babies. It's just not worth the risk. |
I would spay her with a vet that has experience performing surgery on tiny dogs. And WOW, is she ever beautiful! |
