| The Golden Gene Hi! I had a question about the Golden Yorkies. I recently bought a Yorkie (Pregnant). She is Golden and the sire is a Parti. She (Honey) had 3 beautiful babies. 2 are Golden and 1 is regular. I know that if they are mated w/a Parti or parti-gene carrier, they can produce Parti puppies. My question is--The regular male puppy is a Golden-gene carrier. Will he produce (throw) Gold puppies when mated with another Yorkie?? I know the two Golden boys can but I don't know about the other. I have done research to no avail. I just can't seem to find the answer. If anyone out ther knows, your input will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks |
