2 Attachment(s) Couver's bag is a vented pet bag. He seems ok with it, but he gets a little restless if he's in there too long. He doesn't bark or anything, but he starts scratching:rolleyes: |

Thor came to me purse trained. He usually jumps into the bag when I put it on the floor, presumably because he knows he gets to come along if he's in the purse. He makes a really weird growly noise when I zip it closed that he doesn't make in any other situation. It's this very specific, "I do not want to be trapped in this purse!" growl. But after that he's completely relaxed and quiet. He's good company; I'll take him to the grocery store in a bag, and then when the checkout line is long, I'll unzip it enough for him to get his head out and I'll give him a scratch. :) I don't ever leave him in the car because I think he looks pretty valuable and he's too small to put up a fight if someone decided to take him. |
Frimousse hate to be in a bag but her best thing is going in the pouch of my kangaroo coat . |
Welcome to YT..I am trying to train Lola to go in a carrier too. |
I have a vented pet bag for Zeus. I started carrying him in it when he was about 3 months old. He pops his head out the front to see what is going on and occasionally he will sleep in it. If I have it on my arm he doesn't try to escape but the minute I put it down he gets out, even with the harness clip! Don't give up! Start out with very short trips like walking out to get your mail. |
I started out with a Sherpa bag that I had with Molly. Since I took her out to go in short trips as well as visits to my daughter's. Molly associates the bag with going out, which she loves to do. So, when I first used my Kwigy Bo Alexa bag with her, she willingly jumped in. I also have recently purchased a travel harness which I have used with her a couple of times. She likes being able to sit on the seat next to me while driving. But, she still goes in her bag when going in stores, etc. I intend to purchase a stroller to use for the beach, flea markets, etc. Good luck with your baby. Once she recognizes traveling in a bag is a good thing, she'll willingly go. :D |
