He is going to the vet on Friday to have his stitches removed so that will be him next milestone in this journey! He goes back to the Neurosurgeon on May 21 for a follow up and assessment. He will need to be crate confined for the next 21 days to heal but I can just image how that will go over. :rolleyes: I just cannot stop thinking about out little man :D He has not wagged that little tail of his yet but I can bet that he will very soon! Thank you everyone for all of your support! I have never had to deal with a little tiny puppy like this and all of the prayers and love for this little guy have help so much.

I have been following this story and I am so glad to hear that he is going to be okay!! I can't wait to see another video of this little man and see him walking!! Poor baby has already been through so much! Thank goodness he has a bright future ahead!!! :animal-pa:D

That's wonderful news. It'sl also very encouraging for me. My 6 month old Yorkie has been diagnosed with Atlantoaxial Instability. This can cause Paralysis or death. His growth plates haven't closed yet. This means they have to wait awhile to do the very risky surgery. He has an appointment with a Neurosurgeon at University of Tn Vet school on June 1st. Im praying he will be ok till then. He's in a neck brace now. He's not supposed to run or play. That is so diufficult. He' a very active puppy.I know now that he was meant for me. I love him with all my heart, and will do whatever is necessary to keep him alive, and functioning as a normal puppy should. The going will be rough for him as well as for us. But Im going to see it through. Whatever the outcome, I'll know I've done my best. I just can't bear to lose him.

I was having an awful day and this was just the sort of inspiration I needed. Prayers work! I am so happy for baby Teagan! He will be up and running in no time. God bless all the people who invest so much time, engergy and other resources into helping these special needs little guys.

His foster mom said that she can hardly keep him calm and rested and all he wants to do is PLAY! :cry8:

Jodi, I just got home from a really bad day at work and just saw you post. Wow, This is the best news ever....Im so happy and also crying. Can you call her and have her update his site with info and new pics...OMG. Miracles do happen....I hope you and your daughter will give this baby his forever home when he is running around....Best news ever.....Lissette

It's amazing how attached we have all become to this little guy. It's like we are all his furry god mothers. I am sooooooooo happy to hear he is playing. I can't wait to see some new pictures of him. He's such a special little guy!;)
