And hasn't gained any lately...so we'll see when she's closer to a year..You'll probably end up with a 2-3 pounder.....they can still gain weight up to a year old.... Pics please!! :D |

my killer is 18 wks. and weighed 1.2lbs. at 11wks. and weighs 1.8lbs. now he is a bundle of energy though everybody talks about how little he is and the vet says he was underweight when i got him but i think he is just going to be little i have had some trouble with his hair thinning and the vet says he could have thyroid problems and when he gets a little bigger we will draw lab and have him tested.but his hair seems to be growing back a little. sure is thin.a |
My Roxie is 6 months old and only weight 2 lbs. I dont think that she is going to get very big. I also groom a yorkie and she is 2 years old and she only weights 1.5 lbs. She is so small but she also has alot of problems. My lil Roxy is at least healthy. I have alot of people that want to buy her. :p:aimeeyork:p:aimeeyork |

Well to be honest i have given up on Harvey eating dog food, he has just refused everyone i try him with, I do leave him some kibble down to eat if he wants too, but he rarely touches it. Now he eats 1 meal a day at around 6-7pm, either a cooked chicken thigh, some tinned tuna, cooked lamb, beef, sausages, cheese, scrambled eggs, carrots, boiled/mashed potatoes, cauliflower, brocolli, rice, pasta, or fish. I try to give him a balanced diet, usually cooked with whatever we are having, but food has never been important to him at all. Good luck |
Aw, I think health is more important than weight! If she eats, plays and is healthy, I wouldn't worry about it. A lot of people remark about Noelle's size. The vet says she's healthy (he was a Yorkie breeder) and she is as spunky as they come. I also don't like it when people remark about other PEOPLE and their large or smallness! You grow to what you are and that's it! Living beings are different sizes! |
bella is 7 lbs! you guys have very small pups! how do you keep from stepping on them??????? |
tiny yorkies Hey by weight chart (you can find these on the net) she should around 2 1/2 and 3lbs grown. I have one that never grow very much she is the smallest I have ever seen, at 1 1/2 at 10 months old. You may have saw her pictures on here. She is only 5" tall. Her name is Keylee. Ace my stud was that small and he is 2 lbs 10 ozs. Very small!! Keylee is to small that is why we keep her, I thought she was to small and would not get the care she needed. You can go to the yorkie picture forms and see pictures of Keylee and Ace. |
