I love the name Bailey and although there were names I liked better, Bailey just fit her, but there are a lot of Baileys. And sometimes people think she's a boy (hence the pink on my avatar, lol). |
Before getting neutered, Milo would only snuggle with you if you grabbed him and cuddled with him in bed. Now, he alllllways wants to be next to you. He'll get a toy to chew on and come sit next to you and on you and chew for hours. He loves curling up RIGHT next to you. It's super cute. My boyfriend and I did a little "experiment" where he were lying in bed. He'd come and snuggle up RIGHT next to us. Then we moved a few inches away. When he noticed that we had moved, he got up and moved closer to us. haha it's like he's literally attached to us. What a difference neutering does! |
My Yorkie and my Shih Tzu like to lie in my lap. When I first got Joshie, he did not like lying in my lap. I trained him to lay in my lap by increasing the amount of time he lies in my lap everyday while giving him treats and rubbing his tummy. He like lying in my lap now, which makes my Shih Tzu get jealous. Sometimes, I think my Shih Tzu thinks it is her job to sit in my lap. Even if your Yorkie does not like lying in your lap, you can train him to enjoy lying in your lap. |

My Molly is a little snuggler. She likes to snuggle with me in the rocker-recliner and she snuggles next to me in bed. I also awake to find several toys and her bully stick (ew...) on the bed too. She does have her moments where she'll run off and play. But, overall, she is with me at all times. I'm sure as your Lolly (cute name) grows older, she'll snuggle more with you. :luvu: :littleang :luvu: |

Roxie is a snuggeler at night and first thing in the morning. When we watch t.v. on the couch in the evenings she loves to go back and forth between hubby and me. She sleeps between us in bed and I have to pet, scratch and rub on her untill she falls asleep. If I stop too soon she's up in my face. Then in the mornings when I wake up she'll start stretching and she'll just lay there and love on us till we get up. If I get up first she'll go out and potty then come back in and go back to bed with Daddy till he gets up. I told hubby last night it's a good thing I have Roxie cause I haven't been feeling the love from him lately (just teasing him, he's loving). |
My two are both snugglers. Mo didn't use to be. He was three when I got him and was such an old man. He didn't want much to do with anybody although he was attached to me in a way that his eyes wouldn't leave me. He is still that way. My husband swears he is in love with me. But he is now 5 and he has become such a little snuggle bug. I love it! He is so playful now too--he is like a little puppy. The change in so dramatic. Mayzie is a snuggler too but she is on the go alot. My first yorkie (RIP) was not much of a snuggler at all. :( |
My two love bugs are snugglers. They crawl up on my neck when I'm laying in bed. Almost choke me by pushing the other out of the way. When I'm in the car or on the computer they fight to be closest to me on my lap. I need a bigger lap! Neither of them were like that when they first came home. They weren't kissey or huggy. Now they clean my make up off and like I said fight to be closest to me on my lap. They're so loving with anyone who will let them be. When I sit on the floor to play with my grandson they try to love on him too. He will be a year old on the 20th. He has learned to throw balls for them to keep them from kissing his face:D |
Lucas snuggles a lot in the morning, and in the evening. Other than that, it's only when he feels like it (aka, when he isn't tearing around the house getting into everything!) |
I'm the same way, I have no kids and my DH isnt much of a snuggler lol. I hope my Riley will be my new cuddle buddy when I bring him home:D |
