| petedge I received the petedge catalogue yesterday. The items are SO cute, and the prices SO cheap! But.. are the shipping charges expensive? I noticed that you have to pay a 6.99 processing fee if your order is under $60.00. I would love to buy my babies a bunch of Christmas presents from here.. but it wont tell me the shipping charges until I put all of my information in. So I was just wondering from anyone who bought from here if they could tell me if the shipping charges were pretty high or cheap, cause I've bought from places before that the prices are low, but when you check out the shipping charges are about the same amount as the item I bought.

| I got a catalog the other day too. I read on here that the shipping is high. I think alot of people order alot when they order to offset the shipping.

| I thought the prices were great. I bought like $40 worth of stuff and my shipping and processing fee all together was only $11. I thought it was a good deal for getting allllll that stuff.

| Pet Edge is great and I have gotten good quality things thru them. My last order was 60.52 and shipping was 9.75. I still feel like it is a bargin as most of what they carry, if you purchase it from a pet shop you are paying 3 times the money!!!! I always call with my orders, because they will have weekly specials and they have great deals that are not in the catalogue.... You will find it is worth ordering from them

| I have made several orders from PetEdge. Their merchandise is very inexpensive, but I wait until my order is more than $60.00 . Also, please keep in mind they also charged an additional amount when you order items that weigh. So, when you order shampoo, conditioner, always ask if they are adding for these items additionally. I recently included some Christmas items in my order, as they were very cheap. I make a list and wait until I have the required $60.00 to avoid the processing fee. Otherwise, their orders are shipped and delivered very timely. And I have been satisfied with all their merchandise. Hope that helps!

Shipping can be high. If you are buying anything heavy or big, shipping is pretty high. BUt they are not trying to screw you or anything, it generally is actual shipping cost. SHipping is SO expensive (and I would know I ship tons of packages each day). BUt anyways you should be able to put in your credit card info and find out how much shipping is before you actual submit your order. I do this all the time with petedge There products are great and cheap enough if is worth whatever the shipping price is.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I've ordered from Pet Edge for almost 8 years now - I LOVE them - if you need to return anything - they are fast - if you order over a certain amount - No processing fees ....and they ship out the items QUICK. Even if you plain don't like something - they'll take it back |

| I had ordered the wrong color coat for coco. I sent it back to exchange for the right one and by the time I sent it back, it was processed and sent out. I received the new order within less than 5 days. For a return or exchange I would have thought it would take at least a week if not more.

| Okay everyone.. you convinced me! My doggies are going to have a good Christmas! My husband kept making fun of me cause I was looking in the magazine last night and was like awww everytime I saw a little shirt. I seen them in different places on the internet for like 15.00-30.00, so I was amazed when I saw most of the prices started at 3.99!

| I just re read my post and I dont think it came out right. I said shipping is expensive, I meant shipping in general. Not specifically petedge. I mean acutal post office, UPS, fed ex.... Companies like PetEdge are just charging us actual cost so it is not thier fault that shipping is high. Did that sound better? I love petedge.
