Our 2 guys do this after they poop outside. Our little girl used to do it right before she got in her brother's face cuz he was on HER daddy's lap! He jumped down really quick and he weighs 4 times what she did.

The video you linked said that this was a private video, and you must be on the friend list to view it. You might want to change your settings at U-tube, to public, instead of just friends.

OMG, the video is just too cute!!! Looked like I was watching a child stomp his feet throwing a fit, and when that doesn't work, of course they get vocal! haha. It was sweet of your other one to finally share the thing with April and the single bark from your Biewer sounded like she was telling April to just shut up already and take the darn thing! LOL

It's working now, and it's so cute! Love the way Aprillove plays submissive by rolling on her back, but still get her way, she's a master manipulator!

GeeGee my littlest biewer does that --when she has pooped on the pee pad--she does that little dance--and the poop has gone flying, like onto the wall. OMG it still is funny.

My little Chloe, 1 year, kicks out her hind legs to let me know she needs to go outside to potty. Perhaps your little guy is trying to tell you it's potty time.

MK... the video was soo cute.. that AprilLove certainly has it down doesn't she! When she started barking ALL my dogs came running in to see what was going on, even little Icee!! Too cute! Poor Nappy, the girls win again. :(

I think with Levi it's a combination of things. I think he's marking his territory, and also getting a little attitude sometimes. He's one of those Yorkies that when he wants our attention, he wants it! Our daughter's Yorkie is the most submissive, lazy one I ever saw. They used to live with us but moved out, in fact we got Levi to play with Kohen when they lived here. Kohen was the boss. Kohen comes over and visits so I wonder if that's the reason for the marking?

Yes, that can set off marking behavior.

Buddy does that all the time when we are playing. Also, he does that when he is being a "tough guy" in the backyard. I love it, but it is an aggressive behaviour.

Well, I guess people use the word aggressive differently, but I think it's dominant not aggressive behavior. A dog often displays both dominant and submissive behavior, depending on their mood and the company. Aggressive behavior on the other hand, can mean that there is some kind of a problem that needs to be addressed. Kicking the legs up, to me, just means, "I'm tough, I'm cool, look out world, here I come." I too, love it when Joey does this; I've never had another dog do it.

Angel will do that after a pp and poo outside.
Candy does that only after a poo on the pp pad. She kickes up the pad and 'covers' it up!
Kissy only kicks one leg, her left back leg when she is wanting me to play with a toy she has brought to me. She will also kick back after a pp outside but not often.
My other 2 have never kicked their back legs. :rolleyes:
They are all so different. I think it is cute unless the poo goes flying!:eek:

I love that video of Aprillove & Nappy!! A girl always gets what she wants! :D
