And the heart of the matter is -- there is a little dog's well being at stake here, which really has nothing to do with money whatsoever. So, I think at this point a person has to ask themselves, what is the best thing I could do for THIS DOG --> and then do it.

She does not know her and posted EXACTLY what Gina requested of her. Now I do think Gina does have "updated pics" right. Of the supposed wrong dog (and for many of you that don't think she is the same dog-just as many do. Please please go for the legal Dave. We will be well taken care of and you will loose. I wonder why people still don't get the fact that I offered the refund, she declined, then posted Emma as a breeder. I am no longer going to pay her for her B.S and HER choice at having Emma shipped. I've spent my entire week talking with people regarding this dog (mostly yesterday and today). Yes, I was going to place her under the same conditions that YOU placed her with me under... in tact and breedable. But she's not a good specimen to breed and I know that now (I don't breed dogs btw so I'd have no friggin clue what's a good breeder and what isn't). But several of my close friends, one being a breeder of beagles saw Emma within the past 2 days and told me flat out she's not what you presented. (Does her long snout also seen clearly in the original ad/last pic constitute her all of a sudden not being a good breeder for you_)
Yep, I was going to spay her if she worked out in my home. I told you that. But she's not working out. Something else you knew before you sent her here.

So if you're so damn concerned, WHY DON"T YOU TAKE HER BACK ????

If your family was really "well versed in the legal arena," I think you'd realize the law is not on your side here. Not only is Florida law consumer friendly, there are also penalties that can be assessed against you beyond merely refunding her money and paying for return shipping. Italian or not, you should be able to realize when standing your ground is more trouble than it's worth.
