WOW! I just don't even get it! I hope that you find another vet to help you and fix your baby. You have to take this as a sign that she is not meant to leave you at this time! Another vet might be able to do a lot more for you. I wish you all the best and hope that you find the right answer. Please let us know what the other vet says.

After I found myself a new vet, I'd be looking for a good personal-injury lawyer. I cannot imagine the heartbreak you have gone through as a result of their actions. If my vet did this to me, there would be no limit to my wrath!

I imagine Stormy was ecstatic to see you...and you were overjoyed to have her back. Hopefully, her problems will come right and the two of you will have many happy moons together.

I am just numb. I just posted on your other thread. I can't believe this is happening to you. My jaw is stuck open. Wow!! Please, please keep us posted. We are praying for her and your family. Things happen in very strange ways. She is in the best hands with you. Good luck!!

I was in shock and disbelief, I even asked my fiancee if I was dreaming because I couldn't believe what was going on!
Doesn't he think you wanted to give her a chance at life? I just can't believe this. I would do what TeresaM said and write everything down. See another vet and if this is something totally curable you might have good grounds for a lawsuit. This is deplorable! If this man suspected that whatever might be wrong is treatable he should have tried to do something for the family and the pet. Whatever happened to human kindness and compassion and doing something out of the goodness of your heart rather then for the almighty dollar. Man this makes me mad too!

Whata nightmare. I'd find another vet. The rest of the B.S. can be dealt woth at s later time. Good Luck ,and let us know how Stormy makes out. As far as the other vet...screw him,and let them know thia is to be repored.

What a fraking messed up office that is!
I would NEVER go back and definitely find a good vet for your little stormy. There has got to be a professional vet near you somewhere.
Talk to other members here who are in you area and find out now, don't wait. Goodness knows what can be done to help her,, since that group of wackos was definitely not!!
Please keep us posted as soon as you get her to to the new vet.

HOLY CRAP!!!! I am beyond shocked! I am stunned! I hope you NEVER have to take her there again.

I am praying and praying for Stormy and for you and your family. You are truely her angel. I pray that this baby gets well, healed by a proper vet and is with you for a long and healthy life. My heart is just breaking for you and for Stormy. I had to go and back read your posts to get an understanding of what you have been through with her. I am sooo glad you got her. You are such a wonderful, caring, loving mommy! She is so very lucky to have found her way to you. I pray that you find some answers fast from another vet.

How is Stormy doing this morning? This is definately a sign that that little girl is meant to live. The light in her is still flickering! Thanks to you! :)

I dont even no what to say. That is just wrong!!
I really hope that Stormy is feeling better today and that you can find a vet that will treat her the way she should be treated. ((hugs))

OMG to allow a dog to lie around for 5hrs to be put down is sick!
I can't believe what they have put the two of you threw.
I would get Stormy out of there and go to another vet and report
that office immediately. This office and vet's are messed up:mad:

WOW :eek: I cannot imagine that!! But what a sign that it was not her time to leave!!

I cant even imagine what you are going thru. I know the emotion i went thru when i had to put down my other two dogs. I cried for hours BEFORE it happened and not to mention how many hours after it happened. How dare they put you thru this rollercoaster. It's obvious that the vet thinks this dog can possibly be saved...otherwise he would have never wanted your baby as his own pet. BUT WHY isnt it that YOU werent given that option to save her? Start doing lots of research online as to good vets in your area...there are tons of review sites online. See what other people are saying..and GET YOUR STORY out there...so noone has to go thru what you have went thru. Please keep us updated on your baby

Sounds to me like the vet told you your dog had to be put down only so that he could take her for himself!!
