Look what I rescued tonight....

This crackhead had this little girl posted on craigslist for $100 and in big bold letters she wrote NON SPAYED.... I just had to step in.... I paid the money, brought her home, groomed her and shaved tons of poop off of the pads of her feet... She looked pitiful.... She doesn't look perfect now but she is going to make someone a great pet....she is super sweet and loving....I put a diaper on her just in case. Here are some pictures of her after her bath. I dried her as much as I could... How can someone be mean and neglect such a sweetie.....:( Her name is Cupcake.....I would change it but she knows it well...She is 2 yrs old and weighs 8 lbs..... I am having her spayed asap... Isn't she a doll.....

Awww she is a cutie! You are a true angel to rescue little Cupcake. I'm sure she will be loved and spoiled rotten.

she is so adorable..you are such an angel for rescuing her. It just makes me mad when people treat their dogs so poorly. bless your heart. I would have done the same if she was in my area.

Awwwwwwww poor little thing!!!! Thank god for people like you to rescue such a sweet little thing! I'm so glad you did it!!!!!! Yayayayayayayay!

Aww thank you everyone... I just couldn't imagine what would have happened to her if she got in the wrong hands..... The poor thing does not know how to get up stairs.. I just took her outside and in a matter of 5 minutes with the right treat, I got her to sit, lay down and stand... Someone is going to be so happy with her... I just have to find the right family.....I know they are out there and if I didn't already have to many, I would keep her.... She is so PRECIOUS!!!!!

Awww She is adorable, Im glad you got her. to bad you didnt live closer, my sister would of took her in. she had just adopted this little one from craigs list. here he is after she had him groomed.

OMG, the one you rescued is certainly a beauty :) What a precious little sweetheart. I could not give her up though. How in the world would anyone do that ? My gosh, and to treat her like that? Brings tears to my eyes:(

You sure are an angel. At least we know now Cupcake will have a great home. I don't think you will have a hard time finding the right one. She's beautiful. If I didn't have 5 dogs already, I'd take her in a heart beat. What a sweetheart. :thumbup:

She's a real beauty and I'm sure you'll be able to find a great home for her. :)

Did the seller include her medical records? Have you checked to see whether or not she's been chipped?

Maybe a family member can keep her then you can share pictures of her in future on the yorkie brothers & sisters forum (only because I'm not on any other though maybe I should join a shih tzu forum). It'd be great to watch her blossom with her new family! :aimeeyork

Oh my gosh what a beautiful girl! I wish I could take her. Norman would have a big sister of his own kind. :p

She really is just an absolute doll baby! I want to scoop her up and kiss the stuffing out of her!

Cupcake has decided that she loves me and wants to be with me at all times... She actually just wants me to carry her everywhere I go.. She makes the cutest little whine... I have severe bronchitus and I coughed for 4 hours NON stop last night and my coughs were about 2 minutes apart.. She was asleep on the pillow next to me and everytime I coughed she jumped and got right up to my face as if to say "are you okay"..Then she would lay back down until the next cough and jump right back up...She is definately loving it here and is going to be the best lap dog to whomever is lucky enough to have her... I am taking her to the vet today to get checked out and then I am scheduling her spay... It is obvious she has had puppies before so we want to make sure that doesn't happen again...I can't wait to fit her with the perfect family...:)
