| Cheese and treats I bought some treats for Max, but he doesnt seem to like them just yet (i think because they are too hard). I want to start training him and he is already starting to learn come...i thought about using cheese as a training tool...can anyone give me some advise. Also, how old should he be before i give him cheese? or take him off soft puppy food? |

| Cheerios are a great first treat I'd stay away from the cheese for awhile.

| We took our dog to puppy training and used doggy treats to reward and train him. He started getting runny stools so we started just giving him his kibble and it works fine. Just had too much of a good thing.

| I bought these dog treats called "101" something or the other and he loved them. They were calming treats and totally healthy. Also, lately, I've been giving Jackson these little dog treats w/ cheese & egg by the brand "Charlee Bear." They're small and he loves 'em. Also, everyone seems to love "Yorkie Yummies" which Chattiesmom makes on this forum. I ordered some.
