Sorry...I know I asked this before but did not get an answer. I thought Yoshi ran of with Mary's other dog and the other dog returned soaking wet but without Yoshi. Did I miss something or is there proof that Yoshi was taken other then a kid leaving a prank message to the phone number on the flyers? Also is it certain that the person who has Yoshi is on here? Did I miss that too? I hope he returns home tohis Momma but where is the proof in all the accusations? |

OMG! :eek: I can't believe that the person who TOOK yoshi is reading all this and not caring. This person has not heart.... S E R I O U S L Y ! Its good you got the police involved in this THEFT. Is your Yoshi microchipped? If so you should let all the vet around your area know so that they can scan every single yorkie that comes in just to make sure the yorkie belongs to the correct owner. And let them know that you have the police involve... I'm sure you can work something out with them. I hope you find him SOOON! |
There is something seriously disturbed about someone who gets a thrill from lurking and watching someones torment. It take s a specially disturbed person to CAUSE the torment in the first place. They belong in an institution away from normal folk and their loved ones, that includes pets. WHEN they catch this person and I have a gut feeling it will be happening soon cause I also feel that they have done this before, they will find they have some assured sociopath tenancies and most likely will not only do jail time but psych ward time as well. Take the dog to a vet and drop it off as lost to save yourself some jail time...... Cause they're gonna find you. |

I've been thinking about when Yoshi went missing and how someone called and left a message, but not to call them back. Wonder if someone could have been visiting your neighborhood...picked up Yoshi, but obviously didnt want you calling that number back for some strange reason. It would kind of make sense if Yoshi went home with someone outside of your neighborhood, but may frequent the neighborhood. (hummmm ????) I'm curious too about how you know someone has been lurking on YT. But maybe you should give them another chance to turn Yoshi over to avoid any charges? Maybe you could put a dog crate outside your door and post it on here that you've done that and if they wish their identity be concealed, they can leave Yoshi in the crate when your there with no questions asked. I think a criminal might be afraid to turn Yoshi in if they feel threatened. |
i am also curious about how this lurker made him/her self visible. did they post on the thread? i looked and i can't find it? |

Still sorry to hear that there has been no more info on Yoshi! If the above post is true about Mary receiving PMs from this person, can Admin do something with that information? Can't they disclose the contact information of that person to the police or to Mary? Can those PMs be used against this person? I worked for a lawyer for through college and know that most lawyers will write demand letters for little or no cost (maybe $25 or so) depending on the situation. What a demand letter can do is be sent to the PMer and notify them that they have a certain amount of time to either return the dog or prove that they do not have the dog before legal charges are filed. If a lawyer will do this, and Admin will give them the contact info of the PMer, that should make a huge impact! Especially if the girl is under 18, then her parents are legally responsible for any charges filed against her. |
I never saw that she was getting PM's. It just seemed that everyone was getting worked up with no proof he was taken but a possibly prank phone call. I agree that the best thing would be to contact all vets in the area about new yorkie patients and scan them for a microchip. I imagine if the police have truely agreed to be involved, Mary must have some concrete proof of someone here on YT. I just never saw any mention of it. Hopefully Yoshi has not come to any harm by a predator or hurt in someway. I hope he returns to his family soon. I know I would be lost without my Daisy. |

If this isn't a burden to anyone...I would like everyone to keep Yoshi in their prayers...Wichita has been issued a Blizzard warning which is suppose to bring in 2 feet of snow starting early Friday morning till Saturday evening. Schools and activities are being cancel as i type this. Pray that where ever he is...he is safe and warm...this is so hard for me. Thank you in advance. |

This story makes me so upset and sick to my stomach. I am soooo sorry that you are going through this. I have lost a pet before so I know what it's like spending all your time searching for them. I truly hope your baby comes home to you soon and I so wish I lived close by so I could help you look for him. |
