| I wish I could give more advice, but I would say be very firm about what you want and maybe even write it down. Good Luck, can't wait to see pics... I do all Lexi's grooming myself. The lady that groomed her last was asked to pluck her ears, shave her paw pads, the tips of her ears, her bum, and clip her toe nails. Well, she decided that Lexi needed an all around trim and cut the hair around her ears real short, trimmed "only about half an inch from her body" (urghhh), and cut her mustash. I was fuming, refuse to pay her, or ever go back.

| I'm sure everything willbe fine. The woman who did Lexi use to groom for show Yorkies and decided that since Lexi was not going to be shown she could do what she thought was easier to take care of. The thing is I love brushing her and she has NEVER had a knot and she's not scragguly or anything, so why would she cut her hair.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | FEEL FREE to make any changes - but I have a MASTER list I used for the girls - you have to stress to the groomer - PLEASE DO NOT CUT AS YOU WANT - CUT AS I ASK ! I basically have these things I NEED them to do - Shave Top 1/3 of ears Pluck inside the ear Sanitary cut on tummy Shave a LITTLE on their butt - clip long hair so it's not in the way Shape feet and trim under them Clip nails If you're looking for a puppy cut - ask them to use sizzors on the face NOT trimmers - One miss with an electric trimmer and you have half their face hair chopped off - I know cause that happened to Cheri. Type it up and TAKE IT WITH YOU...add or take away anything you want done - And good luck ! Its hard to find a good one - but the good thing about BAD haircuts is they grow back. |

If you aren't happy with the cut - In the future - if you pass groomers while driving - it only takes a minute to go in and look around - BEFORE you make appointments - Since you found one - I'll say GOOD LUCK ! I bet your baby comes home looking adorable | |
