Walk and treat...My furbaby will not leave you alone unless you give her what she knows she expects if you say those words. |
For Tobie we can not say "outside" unless it is time to take him out because he goes nuts and then starts to whin if you don't take him out!!! |
All I have to say is "outside" "river" "treat" and I get their attention like RIGHT NOW. |
Hah! That's an easy one! We DO NOT say the words "car ride", "walk", "lets go" or "treat" unless it is the absolute APPROPRIATE time - otherwise, we are in for it  lol! |
"Coming" When he hears this word in a sentence he goes ballistic running from the back of the couch to look out the window to the love seat to look out the slider's to the front door anticipating it to open and see company.:p He get's excited over walk and treat but Coming set's him off into a frenzy. |
LOL! Oh goodness... I feel so dorky whenever we have friends over and I'm spelling stuff out to my boyfriend. It's like I have a skin kid, it's bad. We either don't say it at all or we spell out: Outside Bye Bye Treats When you say something that has "mommy" or "daddy" in it, she automatically jumps on the one mentioned and starts showering with kisses. Anything that starts with "You wanna go..." leads to excitement and her following you around. I can ask her "you wanna go upstairs" and she follows me, "you wanna go downstairs" and she follows too. I can't even tell my boyfriend that Lilly needs new treats because then she looks for one or waits 'til you give her one. LOL.:p Forgot this too! My boyfriend works out of town and when he's coming home I can say "you wanna see daddy" or "where's daddy?" and she goes nuts looking at the window and will periodically sniff the door. Same goes for my little brother, Alec, if he's coming over I can ask her "where's Alec?" and she looks at the window. |
Rudys word is "Out". :) |
Cute thread! Our forbidden words are: -ready -ride (huge hysterics here!!) -get it!----> this one sends her into QUITE a tizzy. Lily will just run in circles looking for something...anything!... to get! :p |
W_A_L_K Don't say it lol |
"Goodbye",or "See you later"...my guys think they can always go with me...I find myself sneaking or wispering in the a.m on my way out the door for work...too funny!!! |
For us it is outside or bye bye. Lucky gets sooo excited that I have to catch him to get his harness on. lol.. :) |
For us its: Go see Mommy is home Cookie Bye Bye Candy What's that Where is......(you can fill this will anything and it will create frenzy!) these are the worst triggers but we have others. If I just walk towards the basket with their harness' in it will set them off. |

All of mine ar the same way with "shhhh listen!" |
If I say "Nana" or "Aunt Jenn", Jamie thinks we must IMMEDIATELY leave to go to my mom's house! I don't really say it but when Jamie hears me getting ice out of the door to the fridge he goes nuts... and now so does Beau! |
Oh I forgot that we can not say "puppy", he goes CRAZY! Last night I told my boyfriend to come and look at this "puppy" in a video and Tobie started whining and wanted to go "outside" to try and find the "puppy". He loves puppies. |
lol...around our house it's "cat." That sends Trixie to the door in a barking frenzie begging to be let out to chase the culprit. |
For my baby it's 2 words that really set her off. One is 'cookie' because that's what I call her favorite treats (they're alphabet cookies) and the other word is 'vamonos' or let's go in Spanish. The last one means we're going somewhere and she'll be the first one at the door whinnying and crying because her mommy isn't ready fast enough. :D |
For Bob I cant say *look* in a sentence or he will run to the window to *look* for a *squirrel* which is the other word. Also Treat Go Barn Bye |
P-L-A-Y shhhhh....... don't read this too loud They might hear you  |
Oh funny! Our word and sound is squeak, we can't say it or even squeak a toy. Gus goes nuts! Did that last night as I'm getting into bed...bad idea, he went nuts and Daisy just barked at him...30 minutes later after hiding his toy I got to go to bed....So our word of the day is...SQUEAK! sorry :rolleyes:shhhhh |
This thread cracks me up. Our list includes: Hungry, Bird, Bunny, Treat, Get the Mail, & Cupcake. |
