So I came on here asking for help to blend my former dog with my new dog, and didn't get much response

But the issues are all cleared up now....they now get along, and everyone has now remembered that they were potty trained.

My daughter leaves for her new life Friday, and I feel so sorry for Mika, she is going to wonder where her Mommy went and why was she left with this old lady and her little dog.

I'm sorry that people did not see your thread and isn't that always the way like with kids, the minute you brag, they mess up

I have only had yorkies one at a time so I'm not the one to ask about this but I do always recommend they meet on neutral territory and then bring them into the house and at the very new part of it give the dog that was there first the most attention. I know there will be people here that can help you. The posts come in here so fast that they get lost. Good luck with your little one, sometimes it's a bit of work but so worth it.

Oh my your baby is pretty!!!!!!!! thanks for the advice, but the neutral meeting couldn't occur as the daughter was bringing her and her things that she is leaving here in the US home to me.

It just took a couple of days though, and Mika stopped snapping at her and tolerating her better.

Yorkies are usually good in getting along
Be careful when your daughter leaves ... the older dog might miss her
It's good that the older pup now has a friend tho to take her mind off the fact that one of her humans is missing

That must be my babies sibling! lil fu fu does that! Have no idea how she does it,,,, but she does. The only way these old eyes see it is when I step on it!
