This is interesting because Meg just started licking hers, too. She's only 14 weeks old, so there is no way she's in heat yet, and the area doesn't look irritated/red. Well in our house, the females is called "Pebbles" and the males' is called "Bam Bam"................. and if she's in heat we call it her "Treats" and his is "Wham Bam, Thank you Ma'am" or "Wham Bam" for short.
