Good morning, Im new here but I had to reply to this, Our baby was actually given to my son when she was 4 months old. My son is a 16 year old 5'11" 250lb football player, He takes Aliza everywhere he can and she is a chick magnet. The girls go crazy over his little dog she only weighs 2.5lbs. The funniest thing is to see her walk with him. But the way the girls flock to him with that little dog in hand make one know he definitely doesn't look Gay with his yorkie. He actually has girls who when they see him ask if he brought his dog and they buy things for her. It is too funny. Michelle |
I have Yorkies and I am not afraid about what peoples are thinking . Often peoples stopped me to talk about the little ones . |

I think it's totally adorable watching them play because my husband is quite built/muscular and here's this tiny little dog. lol His friends sometimes playfully tease me about Turk being small, but it makes no difference to my husband. I have 7 and love to walk them . They have long coats and all wear bows. I really don't care about what peoples are thinking . Anyway , if they are not happy to see me walking them , they just have to look somewhere else , that's it , that's all . |

I love these posts. We had a furbaby named Roxy, she had her special time with my husband everyday where they would play like crazy. It was the cutest thing. We lost her in October. We have been lost without her, especially my husband. We are getting Maggie May in February. I couldn't tell you who is more excited:-) |

She has him wrapped around her little toe. He won't even admit that she is MY dog that I paid for with MY OWN money. As far as he is concerned she belongs to him and he doesn't care what anyone has to say about it. He just assumes that "she is so pretty" that people will be looking at her and not him. Arg! I't's a good thing we never had any skin daughters! |

Sounds much like my other half!!! he loves big dogs and was a bully breeder, we still have 3 of them. BUT BUT BUT ... Gucci is "his son" in his own words lol we take him everywhere and hubby cuddles him in front of whoever, talks to him like a baby and gives him big kisses & raspberries! Funny thing is hubby is actually very intimidating by looks and people laugh so darn hard when he is cradling and loving on Gucci lol all his friends who are used to big dogs/ bullys etc. think Gucci is just the cutest dog ever, they love on him too. I think it is so cute. He tells me NOT to walk gucci cause he might get hurt lol. Quote:

Roxy is the PRINCESS if you ask my hubby! She know's it and so does he. He dosn't think a thing about toating her around or sitting in the car with her lil pink blankie while she sleeps. He was hoping she was a chick magnet!!!!!........my son want's to borrow her........and both of them are big dog lovers. Hubby wanted a Chocolate Lab......I just tell him Roxy is just a smaller version of one.......lol....:yelrotflm:yelrotflm:yelrotflm |
My husband is a federal police officer and he walks our yorkie more than I do, he even takes him to the dog park by himself. |

My hubby is a 6ft 2 inch, 295 lb fire chief (now retired). He drives a motorcycle, pickup (he has 2) and the best...a VW bug complete with a flower in the car vase. He shows up at work on his day off with both puppies. Roscoe in his blue flame harness and Sparkle in her bows and red and yellow fire harness. The other firemen asked him thier names. Can you just picture my big man in the deepest of voices, bellowing out from his VW with the grateful dead blaring from the radio, "Oh, man, this is Roscoe and Sparkle." One guy asked him what was up with the wussy car and fu fu dogs. He looked at that guy and said, "I am secure in my manhood son and my dogs have more character than any one of you". You should have seen the shift of 28 big burly men ooing and ahhing over my tiny dogs. It was great! Hubby also is responsible for bathtime. He showers with both my pups AND they sleep with him every night. I get the whole half the bed to my self. It is FANTASTIC! He loves his baby dogs. |
