cant sleep... i cant really sleep so i got up and decided to check on Bailee,she was sleeping but i picked her up just to hold her for a few minutes...is anyone ever amazed by how much you can love your baby? i just never realized how much of an impact that little 3 pound dog could make on my life in just a short month. I dont kno what I would do without her. She has truly been the biggest blessing my boyfriend and I have ever had.I love her more than I could ever have imagined possible.when she looks up at me with those big eyes its clear how much i mean to her too. |

aww i know how you feel. I feel the same way about my little charlie too. He can be a pain sometimes but I love him so much. my husband got him for me for christmas. It was the best thing ever. He has changed my life in so many ways. He keeps me busy from morning to night. When I am away from him shopping or out of town, i think and worry about him. |

Every morning (no matter what time I have to get up)I get up a little early and snuggle Suri in the covers. Just looking at her face makes me feel so special to have her little soul in my life. :D |

When Baron falls asleep in my arms I wrap him in his fleece blanket and walk around rocking him in my arms, Just like I did when my girls were little. Once in a while he'll open 1 eye and I swear he smiles @ me. Then he takes a deep sigh and falls sound to sleep!! He's only 7 pounds, But, I never imagined how much Love I have in my heart for him!! I'VE ONLY HAD HIM 7 MONTHS AND IT FEELS LIKE HE'S ALWAYS BEEN WITH ME...I LOVE MY BOY WITH ALL MY HEART THANK-YOU LORD for Blessing me with my adorable, Heart-Stealing little Guy!! :hands::thankyou2:angelhalo |
Yes... They are truly joy that comes in a furry package :p This is exactly why dogs are brought into Nursing homes and Hospices Just petting a dog is known to lower people's blood pressure |
I got Lola for my disabled son. Watching them together is so magical. I fell in love from the first time I saw her. We are so blessed to have her in our lives. |
omg i completely understand..when im sad or upset i can always talk to prince, even though he doesnt understand he will listen and lick my face. he makes everything better:D:D & when he falls asleep in my lap, or is scared and runs into my arms for safety, it makes me feel so important. me & my bf love him to bits and pieces (we fight over who loves him more:p) we wanted t0 expand our family but were too young to have kids to Prince was the PERFECT addiction;) |
OMG YES! I so know how you feel. Every morning my hubby gets up around 5:30 with LuLu and takes her to potty. Then......I listen for the pitter patter of little paws coming down the hall because she is coming to snuggle with Mommy in the bed. She jumps in, gives me loves, and then snugggles as close as she can to me. I love it. Gives you such a warm fuzzy feeling. |
yea, i know how you feel, my two adult human boys..hehe.. are now grown and my little furbaby now rules the roost. :D I don't understand it but I love my little furbaby just as much as I could love my own kids...:p. I don't know what I would do without him. and those who tell me you shouldn't compare the love of your dog to that of a human.. :rolleyes: WHATEVA..LOL.. he is there for me when I am sad and when i am happy, they have this unconditional love you can't get from anywhere else. :p |
Callie will sleep in my arms on her back like a baby and I just love it I could hold her forever and just look at her even when my arms are going numb. She has slept like that for the longest of about an hour at a time and sometimes if she had a really busy day she will totaly zonk out with snoring lol. |
I know exactly what you mean! My 2 have been my therapy after my husband's death. I don't think I'd have survived without them. It's like they KNOW when I need them. I can remember being sleepless in the middle of the night, and just SO sad, and feeling those little noses nudging me in the dark - just letting me know that they love me unconditionally. There have been many nights when they've licked tears from my face and have been my reason for getting up in the morning. Lucy and Rebel have truly been my angels here on earth. I can't tell you how much I hate leaving them in the morning to go to work and how much I look forward to coming home to them at the end of the day. They're waiting for me with my son on the front porch EVERY afternoon and it's a lovefest! |
OMG I am so like that, I didnt even go to the pub on Friday, because I wanted to spend the time with Buddy, so I let my husband go with our friend, my excuse was I was tired. In summer we go to motorbike rallies and I am not looking forward to going without him, I hate time away, like having to do the food shopping where you cannot take your dog! I greet Buddy before my husband, how bad is that! |

I agree with you. They are just so lovable. Piper has to sleep with me, or he's miserable, so I put him on the bed, and he crawls under the blanket with his little head on my pillow. I just eat it up. |

Last winter I had to say good-bye to my 13 year old Yorkie. It was like losing one of my children I loved that little boy just as much as I love my 4 children. My kids are grown and when my little boy left there was a big void in my life. I cried for him every day until I made the decision to get a new baby. Piper has a totally different personality than my first Yorkie yet I love her just as much as I did him. Yorkies are like having a child that will never grow up and forever stay a baby. As a mother I like always having a baby to take care of. |
I am the absolute worst about picking them up and bugging them when they are sleepy. I love to hold them when they are sleepy. My girls even have a sleepy smell. :wub: |
Suzi has brought so much love and joy to our family ! She is a 10 month old little sweetheart. Every morning she can't wait for me to wake up... Suzi is on my bed licking my face all over , and just so excited for me to get up ! SHe is so funny ! I feel very lucky to have such a sweetheart . Everyone is her friend ! Suzi harldy ever barks, and is just so loving and gentle. I never knew that a little dog could be so incredible . She is always there for me, and never far away from me. I love her with all my heart. She can make me laugh , and smile . Suzi is cuch a good little pup too, nothing she can do is wrong. Suzi certainly has me wrapped around her little paw! :D |

WOW yes and i thought i was crazy my boyfriend tells me its just a dog but hes like my child considering i dont have any last night i couldnt even fall asleep cause he was breathing fast i was worried lol im a nerd i know but i love him now i want another but i think ill wait till coco is at least 10 months old |
I always say my Fletcher's eyes show all the love in the world. My boys literally saved me at a time when I could have slipped into severe depression. They are my little rocks and angels. I love them with every fiber in my being. It is amazing! Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and I see them sleeping belly up, all 4 legs in the air so comfy looking. I will drag one over to cuddle with me and they will be so warm and soft and mold into me to be cuddled. Its so precious! :) |
