I got Holly when Gracie was about 1 1/2 years old. It has worked out great. Gracie loves having Holly to play with while I am at work. They act just like sisters and love each other. |

I do not think that is too early. My Lillie was about 9 months old when I got Gracie and she adjusted very well to her. They love each other and cannot stand to be apart. |
We got Charlie at 2 months old when Poppy was only 4 months. They took to each other quickly but it is Very Noisy at 6 a.m. I'm glad we got them both so young as they both want to play all the time. however the playing sometimes gets out of hand. 1puppy is great but hard work. 2 puppies are lovely but 10 times the work at first. When the older 1 is still playful it can be a bit scary for the new one at first. introduce them slowly a little at a time and make sure you make a big fuss of your 1st so there is no jealousy. they do love the company tho.:) |
Also prepare for your older 1 to take a backwards step in potty training. This doesn't last long and I think is a bit of attention seeking. Don't be mad with him, he will just see your new one getting attention when you r training herand want a bit for himself!:animal36 |
Hes old enough. I got my 2nd one a month later. Your gonna love having a little girl |
